Do not use this company .. sapphire parking .. absolutely disgraceful.. they keep telling you the car is on its way !!! Don't believe them it's not !!!!!
They delay tactics .. then tell you they are at the Wrong terminal .. it's not funny when your a female on your own waiting at 01.30 am !!!

To anyone flying from Gatwick, DO NOT use meet and greet parking company Saphire parking or comparison website Fly Park Compare ( have a strong feeling that they promote these dodgy companies). We arrived back at Gatwick at 2.00pm and didn’t leave until 6.30pm because our car wasn’t available.!! We were with 4 or 5 other couples who had the same issues. Two of their cars hadn’t even been moved off site from where they left them! Hope you all got home OK guys. Trading standards will be getting a call on Monday…disgraceful 🤦‍♂️

Waited for 3 hours when I had to collect my car. Staff on the phone was unprofessional and rude. They breached the contract as they state waiting time is 30 minutes from when you call them!!! Do not use them

We landed at Gatwick at 3pm and followed the instructions to arrange the return of our car. From then on, approximately every 15 minutes we were told “it’ll be 5 minutes”, “10 minutes” or “15 minutes.” The car never appeared.

This continued for over three hours, with us repeatedly calling and being given the same promises. It eventually got to the point where we said that if they couldn't account for our vehicle, we would contact the police to report the situation.

Our car was finally returned at approximately 6:10pm — 3 hours and 10 minutes after we landed.

To make matters worse, when we got the car back, around 60 miles' worth of fuel had been used, which has left us questioning how far our vehicle had been driven while it was in their care.

After travelling home from abroad, having to wait more than three hours for your own car while repeatedly being told it's only minutes away is completely unacceptable.

I would not use this company again and certainly wouldn't recommend them.

Be careful with how you purchase some of the parking facilities at Gatwick. I've been charged £18 per month for the last two years due to a purchase at Gatwick Parking services with an unclear prompt to join a cash back scheme with Complete Savings.co.uk. I have been reimbursed a small percentage for something I've never used. This is all over momey saving expert web and other sites online. Check your purchase and don't sign onto any subscription accidentally like I did. They'll be happy taking your hard earned money despite never using the service.

If I could give zero scores I would !! Do NOT USE PRIME MEET AND GREET!!! Absolutely god awful service !!! Waited hours and lied to consistently by these cowboys !!! AVOID!! Car covered in shit and filth when it eventually arrived and the delivery driver couldn’t care less!

Avoid this parking company at all costs. My car was left in the woods, covered in dirt, alongside many other vehicles. This is completely unacceptable and nothing like what I expected. I would never use this service again and would strongly advise others to stay away. Extremely disappointing.

Arrived on time, phoned 30 mins before as asked. Followed instructions for parking, then called again a short time later to be told driver was on the way. This happened a few times. They are responsible for us almost missing our flight! We had to run through the airport to the gate. In many decades of flying, this is the first time we’ve had this experience and the first time we’ve arrived on board the plane to be the ones that held up the flight. We sent complained to the company a few times, but they simply do not care, they have your money so you no longer matter to them. Please do not use this company. There are companies out there, avoid these. The negative reviews should tell you that you shouldn’t bother with them. Don’t waste your money!

Absolutely awful! Called 30mins ahead of time as requested. Driver arrived 70mins late. almost missed the flight!
My car was returned in the same manor… 60mins late.
Someone had be routing through my boot and had removed my booster charger and left it on the back seat.
My electric seat had been forced and was making an awful noise.
We also had to pay an additional £16 to get in and out of the car park, even though we were assured this had been paid.
When I called the number to complain, I was told they take no responsibility for damage!!!
An absolute scam. I wish i has checked the reviews before booking, but we were in such a rush, so assumed that GATWICK PREMIUM PARKING was a legit company!

Compare Parking should drop Premium Parking All Inc - dreadful service - all inc ?? i had to pay two lots of £8.00 to get in and out so £16.00 on top of the higher rate we paid. Dreadful communications with staff you could hardly understand - rude - they left our car with the key on the front wheel !! But reading other reviews I think we got off lightly - very stressful both going and coming back - 15 % electric used for a total mileage of 10 miles. DO NOT USE !

Collected the car after 15 calls an hour late, nearly missed our flight. On return took about 50 calls to get the car back which was delivered 2 hours late. Also had to pay short stay car parking charges in addition to the fee ready paid to them.

I used the service Gatwick Premium Parking All Inc from 6 June to 15 June. Upon returning to Gatwick at approximately 1:00 a.m. on 15 June, I contacted the company as instructed to have my vehicle returned. Unfortunately, what followed was an unacceptable and distressing experience.
My family and I, along with several other affected customers, were left waiting for approximately four + hours with no clear communication about the whereabouts of our vehicles. The situation escalated to the point where the police became involved, as it became apparent that this company had been operating in a highly questionable manner and potentially scamming customers.
When my vehicle was eventually returned, it was:

Left unattended for us to locate ourselves
The key had been left on the tyre
The car appeared to have been used during our absence, evidenced by its dirty condition and items left inside that did not belong to us

This experience was extremely stressful and concerning, particularly as we were travelling with family in the early hours of the morning, uncertain whether we would recover our vehicle at all.
I am also very concerned by reports on site that:

Vehicles were not being stored in a secure compound
Individuals involved may have been operating illegally

Given that this service operates in connection with Gatwick Airport, I believe there is a duty of care to ensure that companies offering meet and greet parking services on or around airport premises are legitimate, compliant, and trustworthy.

This has been a deeply distressing and unacceptable experience!
If I could I would rate it no stars!

This was simply a scam.
I paid to drop my car at the terminal and have it parked offsite and returned to me on my return.
When I followed the instructions and called the operator to arrange for the car to be met at the airport I was told ‘ we don’t do that’.
I challenged it but got nowhere and was forced to drive to their car park where I parked and took two Taxis to and from the airport.

03.06.2026 Nearly missed our flight to Turkey for poor service or lack of service received. Rang 30 min before arriving , followed instructions and waited until were to late any longer, had to drive off pay for short stay and book another parking. Those guys received money and blocked our number so we could t contact them anymore. Last conversation they said 2min, luckily there were other people waiting for their car who told us about their problem and we act quickly. Not recomend to anyone, wasted £60 plus £14 short stay parking fee and huge amount of stress!!!!

Verdict - AVOID !
Do not touch with a barge pole...or, a french baguette, which ever is longer !

Don’t use this company Prime Meet and Greet Gatwick. If the number they give you to call is 07563-870088 then avoid them. They did not meet or greet me on either the arrival or return. They kept me waiting 30 minutes when I arrived even though I had called them when I was 30 minutes away and when I landed at 00:37 they kept me waiting over 2.5 hours before returning my car. You often can’t get through to them in the phone and the mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message. They kept loads of us waiting hours including families with young children in the middle of the night and they simply didn’t care. In fact, one lady pointed out that they had left rubbish in her car and they told her to F off! They are appalling, please don’t book with them. We almost called the police to report our cars stolen

Prime Meet and Greet service is the worst service I have ever used!! I have travelled for the past 20 years and have used a Meet and Greet service most of the time.(They were recommended by Compare Parking Deals) Waited over 2 hours for my car yesterday - the same time as it took to fly from Venice. Words actually fail me to fully describe this bunch of shysters... lies and more lies! At one stage they said the delay was due to the driver bringing the wrong car.
There were at least 6 other people waiting for there cars at the time - all furious. Don't ever consider using them.

DO NOT USE Prime Meet and Greet. Communication is terrible, with phone going to voicemail a lot of the time. On our return we waited 2hrs for our car to be returned. Only have 1 star as it’s impossible to leave no stars.

They tell you to meet on fifth floor of car park 6 , which is an unofficial drop off point , I’m sure the owners PNC aren’t happy with it , hence customers getting tickets

They make you wait for ages for driver to pick your car up , (jeopardising your flight time)

They then give you the ticket to go to the machine to pay extra money for entry to car park.

On return they make customers wait for over 2 hours for the car to be returned , I was fuming with one of the drivers who threatened me , and kept ringing me on my mobile all the way home threatening me ,

Absolute scammers

Do not use Prime Meet and Greet Gatwick. They returned my car filthy inside and litter was left in it. They also overcharged me £2 on arrival and think they are doing this to everyone (that all adds up!). They were rude and unhelpful and when I phoned to complain they said ‘just put it in an email’ knowing nothing would be done and it hasn’t. They are not on the approved list for Gatwick parking - just random guys conning people! Avoid at all cost.
