The actual parking experience was as expected and would definitely book again! However we booked four cars that day because we travelled as a family of ten, on leaving car park A two cars in our party had to pay a £10 drop off fee because on leaving the the car park the signage to exit was not clear and they ended up going through the passenger drop off area!

Decent experience
Decent experience. Easy to book at acceptable price but the overstay charges aren’t cheap and the reason for overstay is usually delayed flight which isn’t my fault. Seems a bit harsh!

Left car for 10 nights,when i got home…
Left car for 10 nights in valet parking,when i got home in early hours of morning noticed 2 dirt marks of roof liner inside car. Emailed customer services,apparantly i should have checked over car before leaving car park. Oh yes,at 3:30 in the morning i need to be inspecting the inside of my car and looking at the roof. I even provide photos before and after as had taken a photo of family in the car. Still not intrested,guess the marks appeared all by themsevles. Had to pay to get roof cleaned.Poor customer services. As i cant reply to gatwicks email,i have complained twice and escalated this issue and they have said there is no case.

The overall experience was very good.
The most disappointing thing was the experience of when you left the office, we encountered an extremely long wait to use the lifts to get back to the car!
Very long queues which on Monday am 3rd August,queued back past the the office, only 2 lifts in operation.
Come on Gatwick, l know you are usually better than this , 20 minutes to get back to your car due to poor operations of the lifts, after a long flight isn't acceptable!
I would have given 5 stars 🌟 if this had not happened..
