Really great service and quality from Gatewrights. Kerry & the team couldn't do enough to help and guided me through the sizing and design process, always on hand to help. The gates arrived when they said they would and they are very high quality and fit perfectly.

Great quality work from UK manufacturers, my third gate order with them since 2011-12 and both previous gates still going strong. Latest looks just as good and Gatewrights helped out with supplying some extra trim to our spec.

The first thing I need to say, is that I needed an automatic gate close. They can be quite expensive. Not only was the price great with this company, but my delivery was here in 2 days, great service, so I give them credit where credit is due.well done Gatewrights.

Quality and service are really hard to find but Gatewrights manage it without any fuss or hassle. Online ordering is easy and communication is clear and quick. The gates are delivered well wrapped and protected and without any damage. I've used them twice for different styles of gate and would definitely use them again.

I brought two side gates and a side panel , they were delivered on time and completely wrapped so well to avoid any damage , and the fittings came boxed separately , Kerrie in the sales office was absolutely fantastic in helping me design and measure the gates , i installed them on Saturday and they fitted perfectly and look fantastic . I cannot recommend this company high enough ! , the price was half of other companies i tried and FREE delivery , the quality was second to none , thank you so much for making our experience so easy , i would definitely recommend this company

We have recently had some gates installed to our drive at the side of our cottage in Norfolk, supplied by Gatewrights. Having measured up using their very easy-to-follow guide and with invaluable help offered by the very professional Kerrie in their sales office, I accepted their very reasonable quote, a date last week was agreed for the installation and their installer Chris duly arrived with said gates and proceeded to install them. The gates were superb and exactly as I ordered including all the black fittings and Chris had the gates fully installed within the same day, the result of which I was incredibly pleased with. Throughout the project the staff at Gatewrights were extremely helpful and professional and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them to any potential client. Absolutely brilliant!

From first to last contact this company has been excellent. They communicate helpfully and promptly, guiding the buyer at every stage of the process. The installation was on time, the installer friendly, quick and professional, and when a rare problem occurred they sorted it out immediately. Our gates are lovely and we are so delighted to have dealt with such an efficient and friendly group of people.

Gate arrived as expected on 31 August. I was ‘wowed’ overall as the gate was clearly built by a true craftsman. Sadly, it had been damaged during transit and when I contacted the company, I was encouraged to ‘sand’ out the 2mm dent in the frame myself! I persisted with my request for the gate to be repaired by the company and eventually they arranged for their courier to collect it. Their courier is woeful - on three separate days I waited in all day for a collection (the only commitment given is collection between 8am and 6pm) and the courier never arrived. Eventually it was collected. Return was promised on 20 September but the courier ‘ran out of time’ and wasn’t able to deliver it. Eventually received today. I accept that the failings of the courier are not the company’s fault but I had to constantly chase for updates and all I received were apologies for the time that I had wasted. All in all, with deliveries and collection I have had to ‘wait in’ for 6 days. In all honesty, the undoubted quality of the product is let down by their courier and approach such that the overall customer experience is disappointing.

Love are new driveway gates, finish and quality are excellent, I also found the web site easy to use and answered all the questions required to order. I had to phone the office to amend the order adding there ironmongery fitting service, Again excellent. What a joy it is to deal with a company like this , I wouldn’t hesitate recommending and using them again.

I recently purchased a pair of hardwood gates from Gatewrights and I would like to express my complete satisfaction with them. The workmanship and finish is first class and with treatment and care they will give many years of good service

Have had the great pleasure of finding this great company, got some oak gate posts with a read routered down the corners, planed and oiled, they look fantastic and I couldn’t find anyone else that offered this service, been in the building for 40 years and used numerous people over the years but this company rank amongst the best, highly recommend them

Having seen pictures we expected nice gates. They were amazing, much better then we expected. We would happily recommend them to anyone.

Very pleased with our new gates, fantastic quality and really well made. We did quite a bit of shopping around before deciding on Gatewrights and yes, I could have got them a bit cheaper, but in the end you get what you pay for, which in this case, was a fantastic pair of gates, that look as though they will last for years.

I had to replace an old and rotten side gate but could not find a gate in big DIY stores that I liked, they were all very flimsy. I had also been given an exorbitant quote by a local company to replace my gate like for like. I then found Gatewrights online and ordered a gate from them. The website was helpful when ordering, outlining all the various options and accessories. Delivery happened on the day agreed. The gate was well packaged and as soon as I removed the packaging I was immediately impressed with the quality of workmanship. It was very solid and had obviously been constructed with care and an eye to detail and finish. I have now installed the gate myself using the accessories I had ordered, including the Gatemate lock. We now have a gate that is more solid than the one we had with a very secure and practical gate lock. We are very happy with the quality of the gate and I am sure it will last for years to come. Competitively priced. Great service too. I would highly recommend this company.

My husband tried to build a pair of gates by himself. He perhaps wished he hadn't - it took him ages and was hard work. Gatewrights provided the posts, hinges and lock, all delivered quickly. Thankfully, advice along the way was generously given and extra bits sent out swiftly when needed. Would certainly recommend the products and next time I would get Gatewrights to do the whole job, it would have been much easier.

Gatewrights were the only company that I could find that could accommodate the size of gate that I needed. I was seriously impressed with the quality of both the packaging and the gate itself when it arrived. The size of the structural timber and quality of construction put the previous gate to shame!

Gate arrived quickly but with some damage and short some screws. I requested nails and screws, got the nails, requested the screws again but still nothing.
Shoddy customer service.

We recently had our Gatewright gates delivered and fitted them this weekend. The quality of the gates and fixings is excellent and we are delighted with them. I would fully recommend this company.
