Alice at Gatekeeper
My main contact at the Agent's was Alice. She kept me up to date, calling me every 2-3 weeks, and acted as a bridge between myself and the seller. Overall, Gatekeeper made the purchase a lot smoother where it could have gotten rough at times.

Communication was excellent. I received regular updates, even when there was nothing new to tell me. For me, this is a key skill that many estate agents appear to lack. Not so Kenya.

Easy welcoming experience with Elizabeth to view a property. Had answers to questions I had. Was not forceful in asking me questions.
I just found it awkward viewing a property with the tenants still in there.

The agent that greeted us was very pleasant, the property was a good size and big enough for what we want and also in a good location for us . The leak in the bathroom was a little worrisome in a property of that age . The kitchen wants totally refurbing and a new sink wants putting in. This all would be reflected on the price .other than that it was a very nice property

Elizabeth showed me around the property. She was very friendly and answered all my questions honestly and openly. The property wasn't for me and she had a couple of other suggestions. She is going to keep me in mind as she knows what I am looking for. So great overall experience.
