Website was easy to search

Website was easy to search, and quick to order the flight. I only have one minor criticism: after I had paid for the tickets, I only had the confirmation on screen, and a reference number. It then took quite a long time (about 45 minutes) for the invoice and email confirmation of the booking to arrive. So in the meantime, I had no information about what flight I had booked, which left me wondering whether it had really worked. While I was waiting for this to arrive, I tried to register an account on the website, but (despite receiving an email about this quite quickly, before any news about the flight booking) I have so far been unable to activate this account. So I think that overall this is a good booking service, and the prices are excellent, but the email/web interface is not optimal.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. I paid for a ticket and for a premium telephone support. Reached the airport where I got informed by the airport staff that I cannot check in since my ticket doesn't show up in their system. I tried calling Gate1's 'premium' support line and lo and behold, no one ever picks up apparently due to the popular COVID excuse. Gate1 answered my emails though expecting me to the do the whole rigmarole of speaking to the staff while only ever responding to me on intermittent emails. After having denied boarding, the email support has been lackluster to say the leasy, especially now that it comes to me being compensated for the flight I was denied boarding for and the stress it has caused me. It's been over a month since i have been chasing Gate1 about my compensation and the lack of response is just annoying.
