I used this service for a tenant gas cert.

I was a little worried at first, as it didn't happen straight away, but it was all sorted. (It was the tenant who didn't book them in for ages)

I hope they remind me next year :-)

Quick easy booking system. Plumber contacted me withing half hour of booking to arrange date and time.

I am shock with the terrible service provided by the company. Firstly, they have missed two appointments for a gas an a electrical certificates.

Secondly, the electricians that came to the house to carried out a check, left some electrical sockets unplugged from the wall. Which it is extremely dangerous. After, I raised a complaint with the Gas Safety Certs company, they mentioned that this is not their responsibility, as they outsource these services.

In relation to the gas certificate, over 2 weeks have passed since it was made, and nonene has provided me with the certificate.

As a result, I paid for a Gas and an Electrical certificates and after 2 months , i have not yet been provided with any of these. which it is unacceptable, considering nonene from the Gas Safety Certs has contacted me.

AVOID this company!!!!

The gas inspection was carried out quickly the tester was very courteous and polite the certificate was received without any problems very much appreciated I was delighted with the service you provided.

They were quick to arrange the inspection, and the certificate was issued the very next morning.Special appreciation for Mr. Khawer Rizvi who was professional and courteous throughout.

Although the appointment was attended by the engineer later than scheduled, he was efficient and communicative with the inspection

Simple to use and the gas engineer didn't even need me to be present when he did the gas safety tests for the certificate. The cost maybe a little high but the service was excellent

I was given an honest review of my safety check and was quick in resolving any issues regarding the outcome of the survey

A bit of trepidation after British Gas just simply never turned up and finding these guys online but the whole process went very well. The inspector turned up at the date and time booked, was very polite and we had our certificate later that day.

Would use again and highly recommend.

Lovely engineer and a good job done however I am still nearly 2 weeks on awaiting my certification. I expected in this day and age to get it straight away. Quick to send 2 reminders to review but still no certificate!

I missed the gas engineer by 15 minutes because my father was outside on his way back. When I tried to call the gas man, he was unhelpful and refused to come back, stating he had other jobs. He also wanted to charge an additional £60 on top of my initial £140 for another call-out. I contacted customer service to explain the situation, but they responded slowly and wanted me to pay again. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

Highly will not recommend and stay away from this company if you don’t want to get ripped off.
