Satisfied customer

After initial disappointment with cancelled appointments you quickly made arrangements for a new Engineer who was nothing but superb . Arrived on time, explained everything in detail and was so help with tips and advice. Well done to Antony

Would definitely recommend

Prompt and timely communication and service. Even contacted me to notify me that I'd paid twice and are refunding me the payment I made by mistake. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Horrible experience and total waste of time.

The engineer attended a day late for a double boiler safety certificate job I had stressed was urgent. He refused to talk to me when I phoned during the job to ensure he had been instructed correctly, then left half the job undone. I made a dozen phone calls to customers service, over 2 days, to try to get the job finished. He then accused me of only booking for a single boiler (which I did not), and alleged that the house was split in 2 (which it is not). He refused to return to finish the job, and I was sent a refund instead, a week after paying for the job I had stressed was urgent. It was a horrible experience, and I will never use the company again!

We acknowledge that our engineer attended a day late for what was an urgent job, which should not have happened. Furthermore, it is unacceptable that your concerns were not properly addressed during the visit and that you had to make repeated calls to our customer service team to try and resolve the issue. We also apologise for any miscommunication regarding the booking details, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to receive a refund only after an unnecessary delay.

We want to assure you that a full refund was issued on 22nd January, and we deeply regret that we could not rectify the situation sooner. Please know that we take this feedback very seriously and will be addressing the issues raised to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Again, we are truly sorry for the distress caused, and while we understand your decision, we would have loved the opportunity to restore your confidence in us. If there is anything further we can do, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Drawn out service

Got the certificates sorted, but it was a very drawn out process. Communication was poor, this could be improved by appointment confirmations. I wouldn't use this service if you are in a particular rush for the work.
