Great website and fast delivery. Good quality products

Bought 14 cushions for my 2 rattan sofas . Really fast delivery, and I'm really pleased with the quality of the cushions. A small hiccup with the order and getting through to customer services, but once I did, they were very apologetic and rectified matters, staying in contact to ensure I was happy until the issue was resolved. ( sent wrong cushions ). Perfect fit, comfortable and look good 🙂

Good quality product, reasonably priced and delivered very promptly. Does the job I wanted the cushions for.

Fast delivery, item as described, appears adequately strong. Fastenings which fit around the bottom of the feet are a little fiddly to fasten and undo but hold it onto the seat firmly.
The small version was purchased for a two seater garden bench. The item delivered was slightly larger than the dimensions quoted in the description which makes it sag slightly when fitted and collect a puddle on the seat when it rains.

I was looking for chair covers for our new outside dining set. I have heard of Gardenista so looked at their website and found exactly what I was looking for - also the measurements were shown so I was able to get the correct sized cushions. They were delivered very quickly - just a couple of days.

I loved the appearance online of these replacement water resistant cushion covers but when they arrived I was quite disappointed with the quality.

Items were in stock as buying early for the Summer and I missed the boat last year. So I got the colour I liked.

Diagram on the advert is misleading, looks like it has two areas for poles. I wanted a canopy cover that can be fitted with poles. In the event it came with velcro straps which was not suitable.

My order arrived after a few days. The quality is exceptional and I’m really pleased with the fit. I bought a 3 seater wooden canopy replacement in light grey. I searched for months to find a cream one that would fit my large wooden swing but I hit a brick wall every time, it seems all the companies only provide canopy replacements for smaller metal swings. This is the only company I could find that provide for the more traditional swing hammocks.

We have been looking for a replacement canopy cover for many months but this one was the only one that right sizing for ours. We are not fitting it until Spring but on opening the quality looks excellent. The delivery was good, in fact it came next day. On reading other positive reviews and seeing photos of ones fitted, we are looking forward to fitting ours in Spring and hope it looks as good as the ones we have seen.
