It fits perfectly and has completely upgraded my poor old swing seat. My mum gave it to me and I was about to get rid of it but I’m glad I didn’t!

Sent completely the wrong dimensions!

Order two made to measure outdoor bench cushions. Took 3 weeks to arrive and when they have, are completely different to the dimensions order and are useless.

Tried calling, but they don't answer the phone, either to sales or service.

Do they actually exist?!?!

Non existent customer service! Ordered cushions but wanted to return a few of them as they didn't really go with the sofa. Completely ignored all my emails and never answer the phone. Supposedly they will accept returns within 14 days, well that's useless when you're just ignored. Avoid!

Size sold as 3 seater but way too big and only attached with Velcro, so sags and is gappy. Not impressed.

Gardenista is part of Loftus25 group so there is access to a wide range of products - and more agents seem to be working with customer services. Despite the initial wait for my 10% discount on sign up, I have not penalised the company score as they refunded a generous discount on a processed order.
The cushions and covers I ordered arrived well packaged and very quickly. Although the colour of the covers was a bit whiter than came up on my computer screen the quality is good and the print excellent. Look as though they will withstand our British 'Summer' weather. I would recommend the company for its speed of processing orders, the value of the products and the follow up to queries.

Does not fit well.
Great item, but they have stopped using the tunnel fit option where you put the pole through the stitched tunneling to fit it. Now using velcro straps so the canopy flaps lift in the wind leaving the cushions to get wet and it also fills with rain water which, when you try and empty it, covers both you and the seat cushions with water!!! Please bring back the old version!

Bought 14 cushions for my 2 rattan sofas . Really fast delivery, and I'm really pleased with the quality of the cushions. A small hiccup with the order and getting through to customer services, but once I did, they were very apologetic and rectified matters, staying in contact to ensure I was happy until the issue was resolved. ( sent wrong cushions ). Perfect fit, comfortable and look good 🙂
