Very pleased with the cushions I ordered. As expected. Despatched and arrived promptly.

I asked via their chat service about a particular product availability - it was only showing as one in stock in every colour on their website and amazon. The reply I received was:
"Thank you for showing interest in our products!

We can confirm that the SKU you provided is currently in stock and available in several different colors. To ensure there is no confusion, we have provided an image below for you to confirm that this is indeed the specific item you are referring to.

Please take a look and let us know which color you would prefer so we can assist you with your order"

I said I have no idea why you have sent me the screenshot as it shows as unavailable there also? I then received the following?

"Hi,
Please note that the item is expected to be back in stock within 6 to 8 weeks.
We recommend keeping an eye on our shop for updates, so you don’t miss out once it becomes available again.
Warm regards, "

What an absolutely useless customer experience. You cannot request to get notified when in stock either. Rubbish.

Excellent company with great customer communication and delivery times and as far as I can see it is always free delivery. I purchased 4 cushions for my garden furniture, the size of which were hard to come by. They were beautifully made and fitted perfectly. They were also in the sale which made them such a tremendous bargain that I purchased 4 more!

Was expecting a pair of curtains not one panel

Box was damaged which you may speak to your delivery driver to be more careful . Luckily they were cushions so no damage .

The colour and thickness of the pads are lovely. The back cushions deflate abit too much
