1 year experience using Gamerpay
I've been using the site for a year now and I've noticed a huge improvement, both in terms of support and deposits. There are still things that need to be improved, such as fees and trade disputes, but I highly recommend the site!

Trader not sending skin, Support not reaching out
First time purchasing from this site, them using API key seems weird but okay. Bought a skin from a trader, trader doesnt send my skin within 3+ days after he should have (he has a ~2hr delivery time and 100% delivery rate thats flawless, how??? - this literally doesnt make sense at all) Dont trust the delivery rates shown for traders!
Support hasnt contacted me back for 2 days now, my money is held in escrow.... Wanted to buy this skin as a gift for a friend but now this is taking too long... ;)
Would appreciate support reaching out quick please and I'll change my rating!!

The delivery time and 100 percent rating are based on a seller’s past performance but they are not a guarantee. Sometimes sellers go inactive without notice and we are working on improving how we catch that faster.

I am really sorry to hear about your experience.
When a seller does not complete a trade the funds are normally held in escrow and refunded automatically. In some rare cases where the buyer doesn't dispute the trade in time, the funds is sent to the seller's wallet. That being said, you should never be left waiting without a clear answer.
Please send your tradeID/ticketID number to support@gamerpay.gg and I will personally make sure this is followed up and resolved properly.

The site is good, it looks nice and there is a lot of skins that you can trade for good money. I have expirienced that 1 trader have not send me the item and I think the support will do it asap.

It works, although...
All worked great, but cannot buy everything at once, and due to that they raised price for an item i wanted to buy by 4 cents and now I dont have enough in my wallet, because I was sensible to put in all money at once to have to pay less tax; I see no reason for this site to request Steam API key, as no one else does, otherwise service works

Gamerpay says money will refunded to your bank in 7 days I waited 2 months still money not received

I say gamerpay contact if you refunded my money send me a proof of transaction I'd or any reference I'd for proof I can show to my bank

I’m really sorry to hear that this situation has dragged on for so long and I completely understand your frustration. I agree that this should have been resolved much faster.
When a trade is canceled, the money is automatically refunded, but depending on your bank (especially international banks outside the EU) it can take longer than expected. We’ve seen this especially with some Turkish banks, where the processing time is not always transparent.
I’d love to help you sort this out properly. If you can send me your Ticket ID, I will personally make sure you get a PDF copy of the refund receipt, so you can show it to your bank directly.
We’re definitely not scamming. We’re here to build a safe marketplace for all CS players, and I’d really like to change your experience into a positive one.

Had some problems with 1 trade out 20, which took sometime to get solved, but they did eventually solve it and I am happy with the outcome.

I completely understand how frustrating it must be to wait for a deposit while the item you wanted was sold in the meantime.
Crypto payments unfortunately needs to be handled manually. It usually takes within 1-2 days, since my colleague Daniel handles crypto deposits everyday.
That said, the good news is we're actively working on building automatic crypto processing, so future deposits will be much faster and more seamless.

Gauge seller profiles with a grain of salt
Overall not a bad experience, and support is given. However seller failed to deliver goods within four days after expiry of trade lock without providing a reason. Trade was cancelled, seller retains a 100% delivery rate and 22 mins. delivery time on his profile nevertheless. Supposedly this cannot be amended by the platform even after cancellation / refund, hence be aware when gauging seller's profiles.
