Selling is nice - Support meh
I have to say i am using this site for 2 years now and sold over 30k in skins. I can see the negative reviews here, but i personally never had any issues or something to complain. For me, its a good site. Yes Support must be optimized, use more staff or something. If better Support, then 5 Stars

insufficient customer service
A site I use and love offers many advantages, but it is very difficult to connect with live support or any customer service. When you file a complaint, they respond to you three hours later, and you cannot reach them at all in the evening or later hours. I am very disturbed by this issue, and the employees of this site are really weak and inadequate in this regard.

When a trade is cancelled by the seller, the refund is usually triggered automatically, but if something has failed in that process, we absolutely want to fix it right away.

I bought an agent skin from a seller, he did not send it in 24 hours so i decidet do contact support witch will respond in 2 days if you are lucky, im still waiting for my skin or money returt, 6 days passed. Support group is very bad, on Csmoney (not ad) support will answer in 10 second(not bot). Only buy if skin is very cheap.

Two weeks where is the money ?
I made a deposit two weeks ago and money was taken from my card but the balance is 0 .
The support responds briefly without clear information.
I was asked to fill out I don't know what form with political parties ?wtf?

The form you mentioned is part of the verification process required by our licensed payment provider, if they put your account in review for some reason. They sometimes ask additional questions to comply with anti money laundering regulations and we understand that this can feel confusing or unnecessary, especially when it is not clearly explained
If you have already been marked as verified and your balance still shows zero then something is clearly not working as it should. Please send your ticketID or email to support@gamerpay.gg and I will personally make sure we get this fixed as fast as possible
