KYC takes too long, prices have changed and now i dont want to have anything with this shop.
Snding your ID for buying bunch of 0.20$ cases is ridiculous. My data surely wont be used in any way.

Good prices with great support
Overall very happy with my experience on Gamerpay. There's very good prices compared to many other trading websites. Downside is that some people don't confirm the trades which makes you wait longer to get your money. The friendly support makes up for that. ZukwiZ and Daniel helped me out perfectly.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Purchased a skin 3 days ago and made a dispute about it. Have now taken 2 1/2 day to give me my money back even tho received pictures of seller not sending the purchased item. Still haven’t received a dime. Do not use gamerpay. Horrible experience

I’ve had an amazing experience with GamerPay! The platform is super easy to use, and the prices are competitive compared to other marketplaces.

GamerPay.gg just keeps getting better day by day. The improvements they've made recently really show -they’ve clearly been listening to feedback and evolving fast. The site's smoother, faster, and packed with more features that make the whole experience more enjoyable.
They’ve lowered the fees on sales, which is a huge plus for sellers. On top of that, support response times have been cut from 48 hours to just 24.
Also they added new features as agents screenshots, charms applied on items and showing properly position and many more.
I recommend checking GamerPay.gg because now it's the time - they’re clearly committed to getting better every day.

Refunds, waiting time & scams
Negative:
There are many problems with purchases and very long waiting times for refunds. Refunds take up to 10 days even though support sees that the seller did not accept the deal. Many sellers say they sent you an item even though you never received a trade offer. This leads to these long refund procedures and can cost you money at worst*.
*Gamerpay has integrated a “conflict/dispute” function into the purchasing process. If you as a buyer don't know this function, you can be scammed by the seller and your money is gone. And as I said, a lot of sellers say you received the skin by trade offer.
There are a lot of canceled purchases, which also leads to disappointing refund situations. For example, if you buy a knife, the seller cancels the deal within 24 hours and you have to take another chance to buy one. In addition, you have to wait for days for the money to be refunded.
Positive:
The sales fees are ok.
You can play your skins until it's sold.

We understand your frustration with canceled trades and refund delays. When a seller does not complete the trade the money is held in escrow and should be refunded automatically. However depending on payment method and banking processes it can take several days before the refund appears on your account.
The dispute function is there to protect buyers in cases where the seller falsely claims to have delivered an item. We agree that it needs to be more visible and better explained which is something we are actively working on.
We are also working on better detection of inactive or unreliable sellers to reduce the number of failed trades.
