Really good customer support
Brought a game through their website which didn't work for some reason. Maybe you have to live in Denmark in order for it to work, which kinda sucks (I live in Sweden). But their customer support is great, easy to communicate with and when they couldn't get the game to work, I got my money back. Their website seems kinda buggy but maybe that's just me. Overall (as long as you live in Denmark) I would recommend them.
