Cancelled my order. After that, payment left 2 times from my bank account.

Got refund, they PROMISED that my card details are deleted.

Today, the payment left the third time.

I'm trying to figure out what to do here. Clearly my card data is not deleted and this makes me really worried.

How to get Gamemore to take some responsibility?

Be very careful. Offer 2,95 e game, but actually they start to charge 39 e each month. Scammed over 100 e before we stopped this

I ordered a game and made sure I am not signing up for a recurring scheme. Then the 39€ monthly bills started coming anyways. They promised some tokens for buying games but none of those were given either. After cancelling my account they promised to reimburse my payment but it has been four months and they stopped responding email.

I ordered GTA V through Games because I thought it was too expensive everywhere else and because I struggled to find it. Games had it, and I got the keys very fast, so I could download the game. What more could you want

Quick and easy. You will receive the games very quickly and they are ready to be downloaded after a short time. What can you complain about? You get exactly what you pay for.

It's always cheap to shop at Games, I can not find the games cheaper elsewhere. It takes a short time to receive the code for the game, and overall, it is simply the best place to buy games online.

I bought football manager of these guys about a month ago due to them having reasonable prices. today they took £29 of me for no reason and I don't know why. I emailed them as soon as it happened. and now I'm just waiting. As a student, this is kinda worrying as I'm broke as it is. UPDATE: They issued me a refund due to me not using the services at all...it was quick. Just make sure to check the small print and cancel your membership. they have reasonable priced games.

Just like the people below, I signed up to get a lower deal and at no point did they show clearly that I had signed up for a subscription.

Only realised after checking my bank account. No emails from the company to say money was coming out.

Would not recommend this company! They scam you by getting you signed up to a subscription, paying a monthly membership when purchasing one of their cheap products.. be careful! I can only assume it was written in small print that I missed, but they claim to have emailed a week before taking the payment to remind you.. this I did not receive.. and when I emailed they would not address this problem. It's dodgy!!

Tread carefully.

While game was delivered fast, I cancelled the 14 day trial membership immediately following their own directions (emailing to cancel) yet they've still debited €39 for two consecutive months. My credit card company contacted me over suspected fraud and are investigating this company for fraud.

Previously this was 1* but I'm now upping this to 3* based on the following.

After raising the issue with them again, their support teams acknowledged the mistake and promptly refunded the money.

Unlike others who have written bad reviews, I was aware of the membership terms and it was clear on the site. The issue was that I'd cancelled it and that hadn't been acknowledged or actioned until I'd really pushed and had written this review.

The response from the company was:-

"Hi...

Your (sic) correct and we are so sorry.

We are a small company trying to get things working - and had major issues with our payment provider who charged a'lot of customers who resigned.

So the trustpilot reviews are basicly (sic) close to shutting us down.

We are processing the refund and we expect it will be on (sic) your account latest tomorrow.

Thanks for the patience."

I have become a returning customer at Games because their service is simply top notch, and so is the quality. You get CD keys very quickly by email, and it is super easy to install. Have nothing to complain about - five stars from me.
