I personally recommend using a free download manager to download the installation package. A download manager will make the download a bit easier, can speed up the download, and will ensure the installation package doesn't stop part of the way through, if your internet cuts out, or if your internet browser crashes.
I recommend using Microsoft's free download manager, you can install it here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=27960
After downloading and installing the download manager, you can open it with the newly created desktop icon, then select "New Download" at the top right of the software, then input one of the installation package download links that are included with the instructions on how to install your Windows software.

Download issues - but full service and refund - pleasantly surprised
Ordered Windows 10 and not straightforward to download. When I did it created a virtual drive on my computer. The boot up USB I created did not work like previous windows installations I have done. I know a bit about computers but am not an expert. In exasperation I hit a wrong format button and stuffed my computer.
Game Cheap made contact after I registered a complaint, were very understanding and issued a full refund. I have expected it to be a cumbersome process as I am in Australia, they are in the US - pleasantly surprised and would not hesitate to use them again.

May I ask if you installed the Windows software that you purchased?
If yes, may I ask if you tried activating using phone activation? Sometimes phone activation is required by Microsoft for a variety of different reasons such as location, internet connection, language chosen, time zone selected, etc.

I was skeptical
The price was low and in this day of frequents scams I was concerned that there would be an issue. When I activated the first copy I bought, it failed saying the product key had already been used. Then the phone activation technique did succeed in activating the product. The savings is worth the extra step of having to use the phone to activate. I bought a second copy that I will be installing on another computer.

Was worried it might be a scam...!
Windows 10 Pro for Australian $50? It couldnt be... but there was my old Windows 7 box sitting there with all those games on it that i didnt want to reinstall, and a new 1060 Strix in it just waiting for DX12!
So, throwing caution to the wind, i paid the money and was amazed when less than a minute later an email arrived from Gamecheap with the serial for my Win10 Pro purchase.
I dowloaded the "media creation tool" from Microsoft, created a bootable Windows 10 installation usb stick, and proceeded, against all advice, to do an upgrade install - keeping all files and apps.
Was asked for the serial at the start, typed it in with great trepidation... and bingo! accepted and away she went, the upgrade was 100% successful with the minor loss of a bluetooth adapter which wasnt compatible.
Many thanks to Gamecheap for this great offer.. i will buy from them again , and recommend them highly!
