Key worked but provided troubleshooting instructions were not comprehensive. I was able to resolve the issue on my own but another user may not have that ability.
I would buy from this company again.

GREAT PRICE AND FANTASTIC SUPPORT
I ordered a license from GAME CHEAP and received it within 15 minutes. I had already installed the software before I purchased a key. When I attempted to use the key, it failed. I then created a disk from the .MSI file that accompanied the key. That did not resolve the issue either. I contacted GAME CHEAP and informed them of the situation. We tried some things but it still failed, I was advised I had a full warranty on the purchase and was issued a replacement key before the call ended. I entered the new key and the problem was resolved. So I received a great price, excellent support, and a quick replacement key when it failed. I am very pleased with the resolution and will not hesitate to continue to order Registration Keys from GAME CHEAP. I don't think what happened to me was a common occurance. But, it's good to know that if it should, this organization stands behind their products and works quickly to resolve the problems.

Ark survival evolved $20
Good better deal and took less than the time to get the email and set up the download, the installment and dl took and hour or so. Very impressed with customer service. Steams mods and different 4 differing server styles allow for plenty of objective and competitive demographic satisfaction. The only negative so far means no purchase credit through steam if you are making a new account with the company you can't add friends but this can be fixed by purchasing the expansion Scorched Earth.

Returned purchase. We purchased the Windows 10 upgrade and there were many issues on how the download was to occur. After becoming very frustrated with the process, and after two days of trying many things, we asked for our money back. GameCheap immediately returned our money, and were VERY KIND throughout the whole process even though we became frustrated.

Received the Windows 10 pro
Received the Windows 10 pro, and burned it to disc. About halfway thru the install (several tries) the install quit. I'm not sure why. Maybe something with the computer isn't letting it install, or it's a bogus copy of the Windows 10 pro that was sent to me. I'm sure that I can't even think of asking for a refund. Seemed like a good idea at the time. Thought it was too good to be true.

Product key issue
I purchased Windows 10 and office 2016 from GameCheap in January. At first the product keys worked but recently I formatted my computer and went to enter the product key to download Office 2016 and Microsoft advised me my key was no longer valid. When speaking to the customer service agent with GameCheap - they advised me to speak to Microsoft. Microsoft virtual attendant came back to say my key was blocked. GameCheap said they would be sending me another key but that was over an hour ago and when I contacted Microsoft again, they advised that they key was pirated. I'm still waiting for a response from GameCheap but they are neither answering their live chat or phones at the moment.
