My phone was dropped during a work and was in a complete mess. I sent it in to get repaired and the job has been superb like a new phone was returned within a week also great communication from mmi services also

Misleading insurance package
Absolutely dreadful service. Purchased fully comprehensive cover - which I later found out wasn't fully comprehensive at all as it doesn't cover software or hardware malfunction. The only way you can actually claim on this, is if it's lost, stolen or damaged by you personally. Unfortunately, this isn't how it was advertised and has resultantly cost me over £600 in fees. The same price that a standard uninsured repair would have cost!!!
