Disappointing service and apartment

Overall bad communication.
The rent price in the contract was wrong.
Address in google maps and on the email signature of the people i spoke with was not the correct one.
The room smell like cigarettes' and was not completely clean.

Negative experience

The room I signed the contract for was not available when I came to get the keys. I was then given a different, smaller, room. Such a room turned out to be dirty: the bed had hair of someone else and black dots of elements not belonging to the bed. The floor had stains and objects belonging to other people on it.
This practice is not hygienic and left me, who had paid the contract in advance, without a usable room.
Upon contacting the staff, I received no answer (until the moment of writing). I do not have a reason to recommend this service to another person.

Avoid at any cost

The only good thing about them is the flexibility. It is easy to book a room.
On the other hand, they are super slow to fix issues with the room, like heater, hot water, internet, bed, desk, etc.
They try to find any excuse to charge you extra fees. They are NOT Covid friendly: the cleaning staff don't wear masks, they have their lunch in your dinning room like normal, they don't respect their employees during Covid. We had two positive cases at home and they insisted in cleaning the empty rooms for the new people to enter. Obviously this people is not noticed about the covid situation.
I would not recommend it at any cost.

Not the best experience

I was confirmed that I could take my key on friday. However, the office was closed when I arrived. I had to spend 3 nights at a hotel costing me additonal money.

The street the room was in didint look safe and I wasnt able to switch it due to contracts running in 2 weeks circles.

A scam: Please stay away

A predatory company. Stay away from them.
Easily the worst thing about my stay in Luxembourg.

- No background check on any of the residents. We were stuck for months with a crazy 40 year old meth-head with a criminal record who got physically violent with several tenants. They moved us to other accommodations and made us pay for the moving fees. I only got reimbursed after months of phone calls, visits to their office, and emails.
- Another house I stayed at had no heating or hot water for almost three weeks. It was miserable. You would have to sleep fully clothed like you were going outside. To shower, you'd go to another house, or would have to use buckets. There was no apology. They'd know our numbers so they would dodge our calls. They'd refuse to have any technical crew come over, or to send any sort of temporary solution. They fought hard against compensating us. When we finally got a number, it was ridiculous. They then introduced a series of bogus penalties to all the tenants, to avoid paying back said compensation.
- Their customer service is a joke. They are confrontational, aggressive, they gaslight you at every turn to try and deny any responsibility. They never apologize for anything, and always blame their tenants for their misadventures. "Your house doesnt have any heating? Maybe try to shower less. There is no electricity in your whole floor? Well maybe if you didnt have so many devices connected something like this wouldnt happen. The bathroom walls have holes in them, with visible mold? If you were more clean something like this would not have happened".
(The only respectful people were the technicians).

I've been trying to get my deposit back for 3 months now: Every time I call or send emails I either get ghosted or they stall.

When you owe them money, even if it's 10 euros, they will relentlessly call you every single day, send emails, they will get their 10 euros back however they can. John Wick had less focus, commitment and sheer will than they did chasing those 10 euros.
But when they owe you money, suddenly their accounting department has had a busy week so they can't get to you yet (for a month). Or they've been preparing to send the money for 2 months, but they need another 2 just to be sure.

When you owe them, they're very responsive and present and have all the time in the world. But when they owe you, suddenly everyone is overworked and backlogged until the next decade.

Stay away from this company, it really is not worth the pennies you save.

This is the worst part of experience in…

This is the worst part of experience in Luxembourg you will ever see. Try to avoid these people, not responsible at all, any probem, they never pick the phone and only say "yes, yes we will fix and never do so" put fines if they can cause they are crux and you will never see your deposit back, so say to your 500 EUR goodbuy, you may try to sue them, and I will applaud it! Pity we can not put minus rating they would have been destroyed, by the way all excellent ratings been may be put by company employees themselves, I dont think there will be someone happy with them. This company FURNISHED.LU is the worst service provider, try to avoid them!

The staff is always nice and fast…

The staff is always nice and fast answering, the only that I would like to have is more assistance, in the sense that, the customer should be assisted for the first entrance in the house, also to feel completely welcomed in the house.

Good, but customer service could be a bit faster

You have good properties in your catalogue, with fair prices. That makes finding a place to rent pretty good.

However, the response time of your staff is a bit slow. For some very important questions I didn't even get an answer (so I have to ask them twice now). For most of them I got a slow answer, within a day or two.

All in all, it is a fine experience working with you.

Terrible service and very expensive

Terrible service and very expensive

On the day of my key collection, despite having made an appointment, I had to wait until about four hours after my scheduled appointment before someone showed up to the office to give me my keys. The internet connection in my room was terrible, despite it being advertised as high-speed, and this was not improved until a month after my contract started. For this entire month I had to message Furnished constantly to get them to fix it while, in the meantime, I was not able to do my job from home. Usually I would be told that my complaint would be passed on to the person responsible and would then never hear about it anymore. On top of all that, despite the fact that my rental contract started on the 15th of a month, I was initially charged a whole month of rent for that month and it was up to me to prevent Furnished from overcharging me 325 euros. Overall, Furnished seems to have a habit of stonewalling people who have complaints or issues, since my housemates have found themselves in a similar position while complaining about the internet in the past.
Besides the terrible service I pay 650 euros per month for a tiny room with lots of wear and tear as well as many things, such as desk drawers, that I had to repair myself before I could use them normally. I have to share my amenities with about 16 others and many things around the house, such as bathroom locks or taps, are frequently broken. I will say that the location is excellent, but that sole redeeming factor does make up for the high price.
