This company is a real fraud,they will ripp you off in the begining or in the end, please be assured of that. You have been warned if you rent with them.
They have a real bad reputation in not refunding you your rental guarantees and making you pay for the damaged rooms they provide. The rooms are in a pitty state. My experience With Furnished.LU Atlea has been a real DISASTER and I have been ripped of at the end.

This is the worst service you will ever…
This is the worst service you will ever get in Luxembourg! They they will give you worst, dirty and not good located room. They demand payment as per contract while once you have any issue internet, water etc they will respond in MONTHS, they never pick up phone. Have you seen phone number in their web page??? No - because they know that angry clients will bombord them with calls, and expect they not having time to come will not come to visit their office. Worst service I had in Lux, all other services from other companies was EXCELLENT! Also, try to get your deposit of 500EUR, and it will take at least 4 calls , emails etc - months to get it back! So If I ha a chance to put then 0 Starts I would take that option! Better rent and share place with other people, or landlors and not deat with Furnished!
Terrible servicen and scam
Terrible service. You won't get your deposit back. They'll make up some reason, smoking in the room, broken furniture, damage to windows, and they'll charge absurd fees for it, which, altogether make up the entirety of the deposit. Would give -2 stars if I could

Unreliable, not professional, overpriced.
These people should know that their main clients are foreigners who cannot be exposed to such an unprofessional, inconsistent, and not human way of arriving in the country.

The room was dirty so you have to clean when you arrive. They need 3 weeks to reply to your email. they will keep a part of your rental guarantee ( if you're lucky) otherwise they keep it...

Where there is demand there is an offer. Yes, but you can get do this with respect for the customers.
By now you should have read enough reviuews to see that the positive ones are obviously mostly fake and exteremely short and the negative ones are long and detailed (and emotional).
You can survive in a room of furnished.lu, but you will have to struggle and fight for every little detail.
I have to state, that I am writing this as a Luxembourgish citizen. I was probably their first luxembourgish customer. I am deeply ashamed that such a company can legally do their business in Luxembourg. Luckily In found a lawyer who is preparing a lawsuit against them.
What is the main criticism of this company?
Here some points:
- One-way communication only. You never reach someone, but they reach out to you if they need sth.
- Fake rooms. My room was marked with 40qm2 which is a f* joke as it was under the roof and only 7 qm2 where high enough for standing
- The agency fee is absolutely not justified as they do nothing.
- One month without internet but no discount was offered or agreed.
- You need to fight for getting back your safety deposit. They make you fight for sth guaranteed by law.
- They really wrote us to avoid using water (toilet, washing machine aso.) for more than a week. There was a water leakage in the basement and the whole building stank of shi*.
- They don't respect confidentiality. They wrote a mail to 95 tenants with all mail adresses shown.
I could continue. I could continue for hours. I was desperate and needed a room quickly. But I should have gone to the youth hostel or looked on facebook in co-living groups. There are other options and you really should consider ALL of them before falling for this.
This company has to change and it will only if people don't accept this.

PS: They really offered me to stay one more night from December 31 to January 1 for the rate of 75€. I went to a hotel instead. Was better. I was treated like a human, with dignity and respect.
After Payment done.. they refused to give keys
Out of no reason.. They rejected my perfect profile... Not explaining the reason . I am new to Luxembourg, and I never stayed in their properties to get bad review on me..
I am perfect IT Professional stayed in many countries.. with 5 * rating, their rules are confusing.. be careful before opting Furnished.lu
The customer care guys are sarcastic when I was talking and Once booking is successful and initial payment done, and I was about to relocate... they are saying Keys can not e handed over as Owner rejected profile.. Then I asked change the property...They said so stupidly.. that a profile once rejected always get rejections...

Arrived at the residence to find the wifi password I had been given was incorrect, which was quite an issue given I was working from home. I called up to get this fixed and had my details taken down and reassured someone would look into it. Nothing happened, so I rang again and filled out the form online for if you have an issue with your room. It took 5 DAYS of me contacting them every day for someone to reply to me and just tell me the password. I did not get refunded for these 5 days where I had to go and stay elsewhere to actually work. Following my departure from the residence, again I got in contact MANY times to get my €500 deposit back, and I have not received a single correspondence back - literally been ghosted. It has been 8 whole weeks and no one has even told me if I can expect the deposit. This site is an absolute scam, they couldn’t care less about you when they have your money and have the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed.
