6ft pool table delivery

Came within the advised delivery date.
Given notice of delivery 2 days before and given option to request alternative dates.
Emailed and texted on the day to confirm an exact time slot.
All large and heavy parts of the delivery were delivered into the room of choice and no damage whatsoever.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Had a query and they responded immediately. Informed me of date and time of delivery, 8/7/2026.
Delivery was on time and arrived one week after placing the order. Delivery men were polite and helpful, all things considered, an excellent company to deal with.

Excellent delivery

Excellent delivery Delivery personnel parked in a position where they had to carry TV up a flight of stairs I explained if they drove 100 metres up the hill there was a level entry but they said they didn’t mind carrying up the stairs Great service

Can’t get any worse than this company

Can’t get any worse than this company. They arrived 2 hours after the end of the provided 3-hour window, and they refused to bring the table in the flat invoking health and safety reasons (it was too heavy to carry). If there were 0 stars, that should be for them - sellers should not use them.

The below response says it all: “we undertook to deliver a table in your flat. But when we brought it, we just realised it was too heavy for us”.

FYI, I carried it on my own.

We sincerely apologise for the delay in your delivery and appreciate how frustrating it must have been for the team to arrive outside of the advised delivery window.

We would also like to explain the reason the table could not be carried into your flat. For the safety of both our customers and our delivery colleagues, we have a maximum weight limit of 80kg for items being carried above ground floor. As the table exceeded this limit, the crew were required to follow our health and safety procedures and were therefore unable to carry it upstairs.

We understand this will have been disappointing, particularly after the delay, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. While we appreciate your frustration, our teams must adhere to these safety guidelines to reduce the risk of injury.

Very poor service from start to end

Gave me a tiny window on a Sunday to confirm my delivery and when I did, said it was too late and gave me a later slot. Then, when I called up and agreed a slot from 10am onwards due to a doctor's appointment, they agreed on the phone but emailed me an earlier slot. I called up again to request my confirmation reflect what we'd spoken about and they refused to. Also, note that one of the times I called, after waiting 25 mins on hold, when they finally picked up, they put the phone down on me quicker than I could respond, in fact there was no greeting only background noise, and I had to wait another 30 mins to get through. When delivery finally came, delivery men were not very respectful of my home and would touch our white and green wallpaper the whole way down the stairs with dirty gloves (think originally orange-coloured gloves turned black from dirt). I got my boxes in the end so thats what the 1 star represents, rest of experience was extremely poor.

The range said it would be delivered by…

The range said it would be delivered by Friday, I had to wait till Wednesday the following week. When I asked your delivery guys, as you needed 2 to move it, to take it to the room, just 10 foot from my front door, they refused. Not impressed at all.

Was a very prompt delivery

Was a very prompt delivery both men were very polite and helpful , even made a fuss of the dog.
They put the parcel exactly where we wanted and didn’t waste any time made sure everything was good and left

Driver friendly.
My only complaint was that the ‘white glove’ delivery was “bare hands delivery” & so my mirror needed to be cleaned.
