Constant repeated commercials
The main issue are the repeated commercials that don't even pertain to my location. It is very irritating to keep hearing the same ones over and over and over. Fubo is the only provider that does this.

Ok. Let me get this straight. Fubo markets itself as the best sports streaming service available. But here it is March Madness and they’re playing ONE game at a time and it’s the same game I can watch on a free network channel? WTF???? I guess we know what the FU stands for. Next year, I’ll be going with Sling.

Sent my payment back through the bank…
Sent my payment back through the bank once the amount was verified. My bank thought it was a fraudulent charge. I wasn’t sure myself because the amount due was different. Once it was explained to me I asked the bank to take off the security hold because the charge was right and you sent the payment back through.

Cancelation of subscription from outside the USA
I was worried about my subscription and Maria solved my problem immediately and was very friendly and reassuring
Local Only Package Required
Much of what is offered if provided free on both Amazon Free TV as well and Roku Free TV. The ONLY thing offered is my local stations.
Local stations is the only programing I would be using and it is not worth $70 a month to watch 4 stations.
You should offer a local broadcast only package for us old people on social security .... My local cable tv is the same cost as yours and provides more stations.
The young lady was very nice, but she can't create a an offer you do not offer. Not her fault.

Overcharged
Tried the service and was offered a promotion but charged more than offer. Wouldn't fix, just had to cancel.
Tried to contact them as Fubo suggested below, they were no help.

I cancelled my service in December but continued to be charged
I cancelled my service in December of 2025 and received a confirmation email. Fubo continues to draft monthly from my account and when I tried to seek a refund I was told they do not give refunds.
The company is yet another digital provider using their the anonymous nature of online relationships to steal from customers.

Unable to connect to local channels. After addressing for an hour with no resolution, they said the techs would continue to work on this.
They were polite and professional
I greatly appreciate Fubo crediting my account when NBC was lost. I appreciate being able to talk with a person. I feel as though FUBO cares for its customers.
Sucking the pleasure out of watching tv.
I got a free month of Fubo with the purchase of a Smart tv. Previously the only streaming service I had used was Youtubetv. I tried to find something good about Fubo, but had absolutely no luck.
Video resolution is chosen by Fubo. Each time you switch a channel you must manually switch video resolution. When I'm watching news I don't need very high resolution.....that wastes data. Ditto if the tv is just on in the background. Fubo doesn't care about wasting data. Fubo also uses about TRIPLE the data that Youtubetv uses when I have the same viewing habits. That gluttonous data use should mean a really smooth experience, right?
Wrong! Fubo constantly stops and starts on my Smart tv's. The guide is choppy and seems to have difficulty recording shows selected to be recorded. And I have had more pixilization in two weeks with Fubo than I have ever had with YTTV. Fubo doesn't do anything well, and requires patience playing the video resolution game....unless you have unlimited data (I don't).
I hate my cable company and try to avoid 2 year contracts that satellite providers require. But if Fubo were the only streaming option out there I'd be back to cable or the dish in an instant.

Fubo TV advertises free 7 day Trial
Fubo TV advertises free 7 day Trial, however upon clicking that button they charge you $90 right away and won't refund you. Anyways, Fubo app. is just average. Customer service reps are nice & friendly.

Getting to talk with a live agent was…
Getting to talk with a live agent was too difficult. The AI program was trying to solve my issue to the point I was ready to cancel my Fubo subscription. It didn't understand my issue and speaking to a live agent would have solved my problem much as quicker. Once I got the agent my problem was resolved quickly because they understood the problem.
