The live agent quickly cancelled my FUBO/ESPN FREE TRIAL and emailed me a confirmation email. Because I wasn't able to access my free trial of ESPN on my PC, SMART TV or CELL PHONE.

Did a 5 day free trial to see channels…

Did a 5 day free trial to see channels and how much we would use it. Went to cancel on the 5th day and was charged $74 anyways!! Tried contacting them and just got automated BS responses saying they can't do anything despite me canceling BEFORE the free trial was supposed to end!! Definitely will never be using fubo ever again, beware of any "free trials" from this streaming service, theyre a joke. Also while watching a hockey game quality was extremely poor and fuzzy on and off through the whole game. TOTALLY not worth the money they charge.

Top Customer Service

I’d say Fubo has the best customer service of all the streaming services I’ve come across. Whether it’s your error or theirs, they’re very understanding and fix the issue. The most comparable service (DAZN) gave me such headaches in the past I’ve sworn off watching anything through them, but Fubo’s customer service alone wins it for me. If Fubo could get their hands on Champions League in Canada that would complete it for me (as someone that mainly watches premier league and champions league).

Fubo says they don’t control ads.

Once again Fubo says they don’t control ads. Wrong. Next time the Spanish ads come on, pause for about 10 seconds, then play. You will now view the American ads aired by the network instead of the Spanish ads by Fubo.

Fubo sucks

Absolutely the worst connectivity of any app I subscribe to. These clowns have cornered the market on sports and don't give two shits about the delivery of service. If I could see the games I want on local TV I'd drop this overpriced shit app in a split second.

If i could give it a 0 i would. I signed up to watch hockey since it was blacked out on regular tv. FUBO told me its available with them the games i need. Low and behold it isnt available like i thought and it was blacked out so i canceled it within 5 mins of getting it. Told me to enjoy my 10 days free still but i checked my acct today and it charged me the last 2 mths. Talked to a rep and they wont do anything bc they said sometimes when you sign up and cancel the same day the system doesnt catch it. So basically the company is admitting to fraud and wont refund my money. Dont subscripe!!!!!!!!

For one I can’t watch over half the NBA…

For one I can’t watch over half the NBA playoffs. If you like off the wall sports you’ll love Fubo. They play the exact same shows over and over. For example they only play the first season and a half of the Beverly Hillbillies over and over and over again and again. Same with their old movies, same ones over and over. They do have my favorite teams tho but you pay for em on top of the subscription. The best thing is it’s month to month. It’s also over a hundred bucks. No TBS No TNT Not any NBC channels. Losing those I think like 12 bucks was taken off my tab. Very disappointed but I’m paying for 2 others also so it’s not all up to me. My date of experience is 3 years.

However, some games may be exclusive to specific channels or streaming partners, such as Prime or Peacock, and may not be available through Fubo.

A technical quagmire.

I cannot figure out how to watch the Phillies on FUBO most of the time. When I actually get a game, I’m not sure how I even got it. I have two homes in South Jersey and one in South Texas, which further complicates in market and out of market services. FUBO technical Support has varied from incomprehensible to generally confusing. On top of that, it seems like every time I turn around. They have eliminated another channel that I typically watch. Where can I get a live, American, speaking human being who can help me out on this?

Would give them 0 stars. Signed up for trial for some ESPN event I was looking for. I thought I cancelled same day. Never used it. When we noticed a charge 5 months later, I closed it and disputed the charge. Impossible to reach a human on the phone. Never received any notifications about monthly billing by email.

I wanted to watch the PPA Pickleball but they gave me golf instead

I wanted to watch the PPA Pickleball semi finals in Atlanta. Since I do not have CBS (many reasons), I found Fubo to watch the semi-final mixed doubles match. When that finished, the next match was men’s doubles but that ended after the first few minutes and went into golf. I did not sign up to watch golf.
At the price of almost $60 per month, this was a serious rip off. Not only did I not get to watch the next match, there were no other opportunities to watch pickleball semifinals in Atlanta. I can watch for free on YouTube the next day. Nothing else live. What a waste of money and time. Not worth it. I cancelled my subscription the next day and am watching pickleball semifinals on YouTube for free. If a streaming service is going to charge you big dollars to watch a sport, at least watch the entire sport and don’t choose for the customer. I can see why Fubo is failing and it should.

No Kentucky Derby

For the first time in my life I couldn’t watch the Kentucky Derby because they don’t carry NBC nor do they carry USA or TNT that have shows we watch. They carry a lot of ridiculous channels that I have no interest in watching. A disgrace

Hi Barry, Fubo believes customers should have the ability to choose among multiple distributors to access the content they love. Unfortunately, NBCU presented pricing and packaging terms that were significantly above those offered to other distributors. We believe these terms would have unfairly impacted our subscribers by either limiting access to important content or forcing customers to pay substantially higher costs. Due to the loss of NBC channels, Fubo issued a credit to all affected subscribers in December 2025, and implemented a price decrease for the first time to help offset the channel changes. While we understand how disappointing this may be and would love to offer these channels again in the future, NBC channels are not currently available on Fubo at this time.

Fubo made my viewing of the Superbowl Possible!

I signed up for Fubo because I was in the hospital for 2 months, which happened to go over the time of the Superbowl! Since it was not shown on any of the channels the hospital provided, I signed up for Fubo and was immediately able to watch and enjoy the game (at a time when I REALLY needed to be cheered up!

Since I have now returned home and have access to much, I no longer need Fubo, but I thank for being available during this time and, if ever needed again, will look to sign up again.

Tried a free trial

Tried a free trial, it didn't work so I canceled it 5 minutes later. 2 days later I was charged 80 bucks for some premium package. Completly threw of my bank. All they responded with is AI chats. Do not give this business your bank info.

I canceled during the free trial 2 days…

I canceled during the free trial 2 days before deadline and got charged $55.99 as soon as I did. Totally sketchy. I chatted with an agent and they will give me a refund though. But I wouldn’t trust the free trial

We chose Fubo because xfinity dropped…

We chose Fubo because xfinity dropped the Braves games, and fubo had the games, had local stations, except for pbs (WHY!), and had most of the cable channels we watched. Now, no TBS/TNT, no NBC! I'm tempted to go back to xfinity....
