We had a small disagreement regarding the actual state of our FS Data e-mail and web hosting service subscription, but once the FS Data representative (Richard) had the correct facts at hand, we were well taken care of. So this is a serious company, no con artists. I've been a customer of FS Data for about 20 years, and this was the first ever incident with them. So highly recommended.

A domain registrar who still living in 90s era !
Really old school control panel their trick is to sell you marginally cheaper domain. Then there are no options available in web panel to change the nameserver or signed DNSSEC the only way to do this is sending support request that will take 24 hours to reply.
Really disappointed!
