Victor has helped me a number of times over the years. He's always calm, competent, and kind. I had a simple invoice problem today and was stressed so I was a bit rude. No problem, Victor took my attitude in stride, was super helpful, solved the problem in seconds, and made me feel like I was not a dummy.

It was a simple thing but I was stressed out and it showed. I was a bit rude. Victor was calm, helpful and kind. And sorted out the problem in seconds.

Fredrik Jansson helped us to fix our site, to update the programming to new standards. Our site is now configured and runs. We feel that Fredrik dedicated time and effort in making it right. Greatly appreciated.

I needed help with migrating a Wordpress installation from another server to FS Data. I wrote in the support chatt and Melos was kind to help with the migration. First explained how it should go and than did it himself. That was really nice from him. I was gratefull

I forgot my password and accidentally locked myself out of my mail account. Despite not having the necessary info on hand in order to request support (client number & helpdesk code), Victor and Melos were able to help me.
After providing alternative identification, Melos was able to send me new credentials in just a couple of hours. They were polite and made me feel like I was being taken care of.
I'm thankful for their help!

Thanks Victor, Martin and Melos for all help with my computer problems recently! I appreciate your tenacity until all problems were solved. And your positive attitude, while I almost gave up. I want to particularly thank Victor who had to carry the heaviest burden. And Martin who made the final touch. I appreciate that FS Data still has that "old fashioned" support, where you can talk to technicians on telephone and correspond via e-mail.

I have been a customer on FS Data almost since the beginning, and everything points to that I will continue so.
