Would give 0 point if possible. I have been the customer of Svenska Domäner for several years and I have to quit and transfer all my domains now. They increase the DNS package fees several times after 2016 when they start charging the DNS for domain owner. Now they even stopped supporting multiple domain DNS pacakge and asked me to buy DNS service for EACH domain I have. Are you kidding me? In that case, I need to pay for 180 kr (.se domain) + 125 kr (DNS service) + Moms for EVERY domain I have registered. That is INSANE expensive. I decide to transfer all my domains (10+) to other service provider like STRATO now!!

We are sorry that you feel that way and that you decided to transfer all your domains since we have gone trough the ticket history on your customer account and we can see that we informed you about the change from multidomain support in DNS package on 15th December 2020. Please check ticket #573195 in My pages.
As we can see you have never used an DNS package with support for multiple domains but you have used Email/Web hosting packages with support for multiple domains but you have canceled those hostings.
Maybe the problem is due to mixing DNS with multidomain hosting.

Our emails suddenly stopped working. Fortunately had a back up email address so was able to contact support. They immediately apprised us of the situation, said they were working on it and the emails were back within an hour.

We are using Nginx on the server to cache static content and you have the possibility to clean the server cache and disable Nginx if you want via cPanel.
There are several tiers in cPanel. The current stable one is version 106.0.9
108.0.0 is in Edge (testing) tier.
We do our best to use only stable software versions and keeping our servers up to date.
Please contact support and we will help you with the Magento installation.

In my opinion, a company should respect its customers even if some of the company's policies are not done properly by the customer. I got the host and domain of one of my clients from this company. This year, 25 days before the extension of the host and domain, I requested to cancel it, but the company said that according to the company policy, I should have requested to cancel 30 days before that. I had to pay the invoices for another year to avoid paying the fine due to the delay in paying the invoice according to the policy of this company, while I had canceled my host and domain in my panel. After paying the invoice, when I wanted to activate my service, I was informed that I had to pay another fee for activating the service. I preferred not to use these hosts and domains anymore, even though I had paid for another year. When you work with this company, you should read the policies of this company well. If you make a mistake against it, you should pay a lot for it.

We are sorry that you have got the impression that our company doesn´t respect our customers. We are here to help our customers in any way we can but one thing we can´t do is undo an already processed renewal and that is why we need to get the cancellation not later than 30 days before due date which we also inform about in the reminder email our system send 60 days before due date.
When we renew your services we are automatically charged for the renewal cost by the provider and that is also the reason you need to pay the invoice sent to you.
Your services were renewed just before you cancelled them and you chose to terminate the hosting package and park the domain.
There is a fee for restoring an terminated service since that require extra work but if you just contact our support we will help you with the restoration and activation of your services without any cost.
You can of course use your services during the whole paid period.
Contact us via email to support@svenskadomaner.se if you want us to restore your services so you can use them until due date.
Note that we only keep backups for 30 days so you need to contact us not later than 29 days after termination date 2021-09-03.
