Easy to use platform with keen pricing
Easy to use platform with some very keen pricing. Had issues with local last-mile courier and Fruugo - as well as the seller - backed me up with the seller offering to ship a replacement. Courier eventually delivered, but my experience with this platform was extremely positive and I will definitely use them again.

Worst experience with online shopping
Worst experience with online shopping, placed an order, and the retailer has not replied to any message. It's been over a week now, and the retailer has still not responded or sent the item. Good luck finding anyone who is willing to or can offer any assistance from fruugo; they simply do not care about supporting fraudulent retailers.
