But they send 3”-3.5” i contact support they apologized and told we will take action, but 2 months no any response , my order number :- 229096512 . Im not recommended this site for online purchase, no any guarantee for your delivery and dont have any suport . So im not recommended this service.

I never received my order
I never received my order. After attempting multiple times to contact an actual human being from Fruugo, I am yet to talk to anything other than a bot or make any progress. Terrible customer service. I highly DO NOT recommend this retailer. They take your money and run.

I bought a piece of vehicle trim from a seller and when it arrived the end had been broken off it. I sent them photos. I contacted Fruugo and the seller replied offering a full refund. It took less than 2 days for the refund to appear. The original delivery was quicker than I expected too, about 2 weeks from ordering. I bought from the same seller immediately again because their service was great.
