I had an issue with the delivery. First i received a wrong item, then i received the correct one after a week. Other than that, its alright.

I bought one premium tub and notice the chiller are a great price for Australia. And also noticed they are also based in melbourne, I contacted and talked with Fahad. he explained the difference between the chillers and the comparison of ice bags and chillers and they ship from melbourne too which is great too. I decided to go ahead and purchased the chiller. It has been doing great since i purchased. The chiller had some temperature difference issue. I contacted again and the he explained me the how to sort that issue by just adjusting the settings and done. I am super happy with the overall experience and i highly recommend for those who are looking for affordable, high quality and price wise is way cheaper then other brands. First Of All, I am impressive with the delivery, i got my chiller in just two days, and i cant believe its free shipping. I then opened the box, the user manual was a bit long but there were some images that helped me setup quickly and i ran the chiller for a month and a half at 43F bcz i cant do plunging below 43F at this stage but it has been really helpful and the consistent cooling is best, I use 2-3 times bags have reduced down to almost $1.30 a day which is amazing, worth investing in it and i got 15% discount voucher from Frosty dive with the chiller, i bought additional filters and epsom salt which is incredible. Highly recommend.
