The worst company I’ve ever dealt with

This company is an absolute scam. I bought a cold plunge system 42 days ago, and I still haven’t received the full order.
Their “3–9 business day delivery” promise is a complete lie. Customer service is useless. They can’t give you any tracking info, a delivery date, or any real explanation for why it’s taking SIX WEEKS to deliver a product. All you get are vague, unhelpful emails.
This is theft disguised as a business. Do not buy from them. Save yourself the money, time, and frustration —I guarantee you’ll regret it if you order.

Why the frosty dive ice tubs and chiller is worth it

If I could I would put is higher than 5 stars
I have purchased ice tubs after ice tubs but nothing can compare to the frosty dive ice tub and chiller!
I’ve been using the frosty dive tub and chiller for a while now, and honestly it’s been a game changer for my recovery routine.
Setup was fast and straightforward and well built right out the box.
The chiller does exactly if not better than what it’s supposed to do. Keeps the water consistently cold and cold enough to give a legit cold plunge experience.
The tubs itself are super comfortable, durable, and easy to get in and out of. Maintenance is super simple and the filtration keeps the water really clean without any minimal effort.
Overall, frosty dive delivers on performance quality and connivance. This is a sold investment and absolutely worth it!

I am writing this review to warn…

I am writing this review to warn potential buyers about the profound disappointment and frustration we have experienced with this cold plunge cooler and, more importantly, the company's complete failure to provide adequate customer support.
The Problem: Our unit failed after only 16 months of use—barely outside the warranty period. For a product at this price point, this is unacceptable. However, what followed was far worse than the mechanical failure itself.
The Support Nightmare: Over the past three months, we have endured an exhausting and disrespectful runaround from customer support:
• Weeks of silence: Our initial attempts to contact support via email, text, and phone calls went completely unanswered for weeks.
• Inadequate excuses: When we reached out a second time expressing our disappointment, we were told our first email "went to spam." No explanation was provided for why our text message and voicemail were also ignored.
• Endless requests for redundant information: We were asked to send a video of our setup and check the water pump. We complied. Then we were asked for a "more detailed" video. We sent an 11-minute video showing exactly what was requested.
• Questions already answered: Support then asked if the chiller was filled with water to the top—information clearly visible in our video. Next, they questioned whether the controller was set up correctly—again, already confirmed in the video we provided.
• Passing the buck: We were then told to hire an HVAC technician to check refrigerant levels at our own expense. We paid $125 out of pocket for a professional who confirmed the refrigerant levels were fine and everything else appeared normal. The technician noted the unit was made in China and may not be reliable. We attempted to call support while the technician was present—no answer, no callback.
• Circular questioning: Support asked us again to verify settings and ventilation—information we had already confirmed twice and documented in our video.
• False escalation: We were told the issue would be escalated to the technical team. A week later, we received an email asking us to check for dust buildup. We sent photos confirming there was none.
• More delays and deflection: Another week passed with no response. When we followed up, support apologized for the "continued inconvenience" and requested yet another video to check if the compressor was working—despite our extensive prior documentation.
• Final insult: When we stated we had already provided exhaustive documentation, photos, and an 11-minute video, support responded that they "truly understand our frustration" and recommended we take the unit to a local air conditioner or refrigerator repair shop ourselves.
Our Position: We have already paid $125 for a professional assessment. We will not be incurring additional expenses for a product that failed prematurely. The responsibility for this defective unit lies squarely with the seller and the manufacturer. It has now been three months of back-and-forth communication, and we have not received a resolution or even a meaningful response to our last message.
Conclusion: This company has demonstrated a stunning lack of accountability and respect for its customers. The product quality is questionable, but the customer service is utterly inexcusable. We expected far higher standards of support and professionalism from a company selling premium wellness equipment.
I cannot recommend this product or this company. Save yourself the money, frustration, and wasted time. Look elsewhere for a cold plunge solution from a company that stands behind its products.

Love how consistent the chiller keeps…

Love how consistent the chiller keeps the water. No more running out for bags of ice. I’m in the tub every morning before work and it wakes me up better than coffee.

Took its time getting here but was great when it did

The items did finally arrive and were in good shape when they did. It took alot longer than originally expected (Apparently US warehouse was out and had to be shipped from Australia). I do like the inline filter, much more robust than the previous one I had.

Frosty Chiller

Delivery of my chiller was spot on.
Setup was simple and the directions were perfect.
I set it to 55 degrees at night. The next morning the temperature was 55.
Can't ask for more.

One month in....works great

I have used the Frosty Dive for one month now. It performs flawlessly. Setup was easy. Thermostat reading was off by a couple of degrees but can be adjusted to show accurate temperature. The unit produces a lot of heat but is relatively quiet. I use mine indoors in the bathtub.

Product s working great

Product s working great. Chills effectively. Only down side is the plumbing that comes with it is a bit cheep. Will need to upgrade fittings. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase so far.

Great Product and Excellent Customer Service!!

We’re so happy with our Frosty Dive cold plunge setup. We did have some initial issues getting everything working, but customer service was very responsive and helped us troubleshoot until it was resolved. We picked this brand because of their customer service and they lived up to their reputation. Now that it’s up and running, we love it – the barrel and chiller are both great quality, and the whole family is using it regularly. Highly recommend!
