This site is a scam, do not use!
One order I have not received after 3 weeks and no reply to emails or calls.
The other they say has been cancelled due to 'payment processing being overdue' but they have taken my money and won't refund!
There is no way to contact them, keep away!

I ve ordered a desk and the package came only with 4 parts from the item !!!
No tracking nr provided no order update !!!

Not a good online company to buy from, poor communication, difficult and expensive returns or exchanges, poor quality. Similar to all other 1 star reviews on here. I would avoid and not buy from again.

LIKE MANY OTHER REVIEWS, THIS FOLKS ARE FRAUDULENT. THEY DO NOT REPLY EMAILS AND WILL NOT DELIVER PRODUCT.

As posted by others, it's a Scam.
They don't deliver the product, don't answer or reply e-mails, they are not UK based and should be investigated as a fraud. Just avoid wasting your money and buy from somewhere else.

Advised 5 day max delivery time, product not received, emailed and ignored original date and given an extended date, then advised I will not be getting the item via another email 😡.
Item still not received, no refund either.
Almost 3 weeks.
Opened PayPal dispute to get money back.

Stated 3 - 5 days ship. Took over 20. Eventually some cheap Chinese rubbish arrived. Trying to get a response for a refund and no reply despite sending 5 emails so far. Uk support line is a mobile number that is never switched on. I would suggest any positive reviews are fake.

I was initially concerned after ordering 2 kneeling chairs from this company after reading the number of 1 star reviews, however I had a different experience with the delivery of the items and the handling of communications. Most reviews are very accurate that their Support team do take their time to respond and resolve issues and a little patience goes a long way. One of my items did not get delivered and upon contacting the Support team, after a few days I was offered a choice of a refund for the item that did not get delivered and a 20% voucher for further purchases. The refund was processed that same day.
Their online team on the FB messenger is very responsive and they were able to also assist with getting a message across to their Support team.

I ordered 2 lots of outside netting lights to hang over my shrubs at Christmas. The money was taken from my account on the 14/9 and i received the goods on 26/9. The only problem is these lights did not have any electric connections ie a plug and attachment. I queried it and they said you could buy the right electric plug from them to make it work at a 20%discount. this has never happened to me beforeso i asked for a returns envelope so they can have their goods back....................I'm still waiting

I ordered a lamp nearly 4 weeks ago. I received a confirmation email but since then nothing. They say their chat is open 9-5 but when I open it there is just a message saying it is out of office hours. Not very impressed and feel it’s unlikely my item will ever arrive.

Update: After two weeks of trying to get info out of them on their web chat and emailing their support, I still got no answer. I used PayPal to log a complaint and they refunded me.

I ordered a giant throw and light on the 8th of September. They arrived by RoyalMail today (28/9/21). Items are as pictured (though the throw is a little darker than advertised).
I read the awful reviews only last week and panicked it was all a scam. I also tried to contact Frisson and didn't hear anything from the Messenger chat option (never manned). The mobile phone is a giffgaff answer phone. However... I did hear back from the team via email over the weekend confirming that the item had shipped and they gave me a tracking code.
Items have definitely come from China so it seems it is posing as a UK based company which isn't the case (though the poor wording on the website is a little bit of a giveaway).
Hope this helps others not to panic in the wait time between order and delivery. I'm not sure I'd order from here again, but at least from my experience, it was legit.

Both frissonlife.com and theworkalley.co.uk are fake/scam sites offering cheap, fake, and sometimes non-existent products. Don’t be fooled bu their marketing and their discount codes offering 50% off to lure you in.

They have taken my money and no light - no answer and no response - I am FUMING !!!! I presume that the 5 star reviews on here are a LIE !!!!!

I purchased a single bunk bed and received a dining table! Tried contacting them numerous times but no reply. I've opened a case with PayPal who i used to pay for the product. Frissonlife are saying to return the dining table which is approx 25kg to a return address in China before they can refund me. Now I don't see why I should be paying extortionate shipping costs to deliver there rubbish which I do not need and did not order back to them. I've asked them to arrange a return themselves to which I have received no reply. I'm resigned to the fact that I've lost over £200 and left with a tacky dining table which I have no need or room for. If you value your time, sanity and money i would steer well clear from this joke of a business.

This company is a scam now having to claim the money back

Dreadful. I ordered two cat window stickers. Two and a half weeks later they arrived in a tightly rolled up package. The ink had partially come off both stickers so they were not fit for purpose. Was supposed to be fun purchase that on the website had made me smile. Very disappointing and have sent photos to frissonlife requesting a refund.

It looks good, I bought some storage products to store food in the kitchen. Get some storage ideas from this web. Useful.
