But really zero stars

But really zero stars! I haven’t had any update or answers to my email nearly a month has passed and no lamp yet, this is an awful lot of money to me I don’t even have a sales number or invoice we’ll except on my online banking …why don’t yous do the right thing and send my lamp or a full refund of £137.99 .

The delivery never arrived

The delivery never arrived. I tried to contact them by phone and wrote a few emails. No response. Now I have no idea what course of action I have available to either get a refund or sort out the delivery issue. Absolutely waste of money and stress inducing. Zero customer service. No wonder people go to Amazon and the like.

The reply below doesnt help. If you responded to your emails you would know. Just give me a way to contact you without just replying to truatpilot please.

Update: I have been refunded for the absent delivery and I am grateful for that.

We offer our sincere apology for any late deliveries and inconvenience this has caused. Also, I am extremely sorry that you had such a terrible experience with us.
On our system it shows your parcel has been delivered successfully. If you still can not find it, please, do, ask your family and neighbors. Many lost packages were simply laid aside by a family member and then forgotten. And sometimes your delivery driver leaves it with a neighbour because s/he doesn’t want to leave it out in the weather.

If these measures don’t work I will file a case with the carrier. Many carriers now have scanners that are equipped with GPS tracking and the inspectors can find out exactly where the package was delivered. If your package was delivered to the wrong address they may be able to retrieve it and get it to you.

Please, let me know if you are able to find it yourself. If we can’t find it within a few days, I will refund and let you know what the inspectors find out.

A deal that good…..make of it what you will......

Couldn't find any mention of customs fees on their website (with a UK section) and clearly states shipping is free, so a little confusing receiving a customs demand from Parcelforce, which would add an extra 50% to the purchase. After reading the more authentic reviews here, then it’s also very possible that the item will be different item to one ordered - yet returns and refunds out of reach. Lesson to be learned…check out all reviews and make sure items are in UK before thinking you’ve got a decent deal and parting with any money.

Their response to my review - below - is a blatant "mis-truth" and just another attempt to window dress their activities. I do hope it is down to incompetence rather than intentional fraud, but who knows? If they responded to direct email, telephone or messenger, then all issues with customers could be resolved. They will only post a (dishonest) response in a public forum to cover their tracks. The chair I purchased still needs the customs fees to be paid so it has not been released. They will never pay, so as the item I ordered hasn't arrived after 5 weeks then I demand a refund. Will they pay? No I don't didn't think so, as they don't refund any of their customers' money for faulty, damaged or missing/non-existent "products".

Item hasn’t arrived, no response to emails

Ordered bedroom lights two weeks ago and they have still not been delivered. Have emailed the company three times and not had a response. Have tried getting a refund but again have not heard back. No idea if the lights will arrive or if I will get my money back. The company also seems to be displaying an incorrect trust pilot review on its home page.

Item not delivered… still waiting
I ordered a hammock back in September, 6 weeks later it still hasn’t arrived. Wouldn’t use this company again. It was cheapish but now I understand why. It’s no point being cheap if your stuff doesn’t turn up

PostScript... no way to contact this company. They replied on trust pilot asking me to provide proof of order which I sent to their email address which just bounces back. The chat service on their website doesn’t work nor does the phone. Just realised this is a China based company, I’ve been scammed before by a company making out its London based but actually operating from China. Please beware before buying from them I still don’t have my item or a refund. Don’t assume that because they appear to reply on here that they are genuine, there is no way to contact them, so the fake concern is just for answer to a review for public perception. I’m sick of companies in China being allowed to operate here posing as London companies and scamming customers

Was sceptical of this site at first

Was sceptical of this site at first. Especially when I came on here but I took a chance on a bed frame which was good value and free delivery to Northern Ireland (always a plus living here). Arrived in 4 days (from dispatch took only 2 days) . Easy to follow instructions on double bed, built on my own- would have been easier with 2 but what can you do. No issues so can’t comment on customer services but will 100% use again.

Don’t bother with this site

Don’t bother with this site. It is a SCAM site!!! Ordered an exercise bike and not heard anything for 2 weeks. Emails are being returned undelivered. There company is based in China. Steer well clear!!

I placed my order on Sunday 24/10/2021…

I placed my order on Sunday 24/10/2021 and I have received my dressing table just now.
After reading all the reviews and comments, I was so nervous that they might not send me the table because I only have the order number with me. But luckily they did send me the table with a small dent on the edge & tiny scratches (not too obvious)
So overall I'm quite satisfied with it.

Cheap quality

I ordered for the first time from this website. I bought an anti-slip doormat and it was a total disappointment. The colors did not represent what has been pictured on the website. The product is very thin and don't look very durable at all. Overall, it looks cheap. It is definitely not worth the money. I contacted Frisson customer service within minutes after receiving it to request a return asap.

I ordered a light over a 6 weeks ago…

I ordered a light over a 6 weeks ago and it hasn’t arrived. I chased Frisson by email and FB message and they ignore all my messages, refusing to provide an update or a refund. £130 wasted. DO not buy from here.

Update following FrissonLife’s response on 5 November: they claim the status says it’s been delivered. That is a complete lie done for the optics of the review. The status hasn’t changed from the day it was ordered and the product certainly hasn’t been delivered. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Very stylish but cheaply made

I bought the Nordic Modern LED wall light from this company, and they arrived about 2-3 weeks later.

When the lights arrived I found that the design of the light is sturdy, but the electrics on it seem increadably cheap. The wiring is aluminium which my electrician doesn't recommend for safety reasons.

However I love the design so much I'm now looking into how I could strip out the electrics and replace them with one of the LED plug and play systems available at most UK stores now. I think this should work but it means that when all is said and done the cost of the lights will be double what I paid for them. It's also worth noting these lights have no built in switch, so that's also an additional cost.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. I have emailed about my damaged goods. No response. I have a draw that will not slide as one of the runners is damaged. Also hole in the wooden leg. Dresser has marks all over it.

No item but refunded

Leaving a 1 star review as I am yet to receive any delivery information 2 weeks after order and no responses from custom services regarding delivery or my request to cancel. Wouldn’t recommend or use again. Plus I’ve no idea if my order is going to arrive or has been cancelled
Update I increased to 3 stars as I’ve been refunded for the item that may or may not arrive. Customer service has been decent in the end

So I read a lot of negative reviews and…

So I read a lot of negative reviews and I have to say my recent dealing with them was very good.

I was given a bench as a present and it arrived with damage, most likely caused in shipping.

Emailed Frisson a photo of the damage and they shipped a replacement section.

No quibbles, no hassles, just simple exchange of emails. The way it should be.

Companies can't always legislate for every eventually in the supply chain, but if they offer good customer service, then that's a huge plus in my book.

Stunning site love it !

I put together a game table for my family room, however there was no light source for the table in that location. I considered installing a chain lamp, but I didn't like the idea of the chain being visible all of the time. So I looked around for a lamp with a low profile and came across this one. The base tucks away close to the table, out of the way, and the foot switch allows for easy light level adjustment. The level of light provided by the lamp is ideal for card or table games. I've used the lamp for approximately 50 hours and have had no problems with it. It's also quite easy to operate.

As for the website
That’s the most beautiful website that I have ever seen in my life! All pictures are some stunning I cannot keep my eye to remove from that site, love the website design of the frissonlife.com and, they got excellent customer service as well, response my email with the tracking info within 24 hours and also guide me to how to assemble the light part. Would highly recommend for anyone who are looking for your home product, I bought the light, and it is amazing and plan to get another one for my son as Christmas gift, yes, btw, they have awesome Christmas collection right now. 5 star no wonder and will be back for more stuff

Exceptionally poor returns procedure. Item imagery incorrectl

Item delivered with reasonable tracking however the imagery was inaccurate and so currently trying to return. Emailed their support email a week ago and followed up on several occasions without a response. The contact number goes straight to a GiffGaff voicemail and Facebook Messenger goes nowhere. A chargeback seems to be required

I think this company is a scam…

I think this company is a scam operation. I tried to contact them by email, Twitter, Facebook, phone and there is no answer. There is no sign of the lamp I ordered and no way of knowing the status of delivery.
