Ordered a chair 2 months ago, still nothing

Ordered a chair over 2 months ago and still nothing. The tracking number provided says it cleared customs in the UK over 2 weeks ago. My emails to the company are unanswered. Really misleading advertisement on delivery dates and very poor communications. Will my chair ever arrive? Certainly would not recommend.

Extremely poor service and communication

Extremely unhappy about the service. We purchased a product called simulation artificial moss costing £24.65 . It is now 10 days since order and telephone calls go either to a voice message or box is full!!!! I am furious that there are so many people writing reviews that have also not received their products or refunds and there is nothing done!!!!! Is there anyone that knows who we can address our complaints in the UK as this so called company cannot be making money irresponsibly !!!

No response and no delivery

My order of a blanket did not arrive on the date stated. Hermes said the postcode did not match the order number, so there was no photographic evidence available. Despite emails and chat messages to Frisson, there has been no response from this Chinese company. I have requested a refund. There are many very bad reviews of this site. BEWARE!

0 stars 2 months no product. SCAM

Id give 0 stars if i could, as a standard scam chinese website appears like its a UK based company. Its not. Says 3-4 weeks shipping once you search very hard for it. However its been 2 months and according to my tracking info the parcel is still in china. Its a shame. Avoid, dont waste your money, im sure someone has already imported the product from china in bulk and youll have to pay more bbut atleast youll get your product. AVOID

A Chinese puzzel

Review updated, the covers turned up a few inches shorter than measurements given ( yes I included the fringe) apart from that they look fine.
They really need to sort out their website to make it consumer friendly after the initial purchase.
You get no return labels or a return address.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Ordered a light shade that has arrived damaged and unusable. Emailed to request a refund and being sent back undeliverable!!!!

Ordered an exercise bike on 23/9/21

Ordered an exercise bike on 23/9/21. Email told me I had ordered but not paid, so I did it again. Then was charged twice! Eventually refunded one of payments. Still waiting on bike 7 weeks later. No communication from company at all. Very disappointed with the service.
I have contacted them again. Very poor customer service

Updated review - refund received

Ordered a chair that is a long time overdue, tracking link continues to say "processing". My email and other messages are not answered.
UPDATE: I was contacted by Frisson Life after leaving a 1 star review on Trustpilot and was told my chair had been lost in the courier system. I was given a full refund. I have upgraded my review to 3 stars but no higher than that because they didn't update me and were very difficult to contact.

Can’t contact them

THIS IS A SCAM!!!

We purchased a floor lump from Frisson’s website on the 8th October 2021 for £245 which never arrived. Although I received what looks like a dummy tracking link, I am unable to track the item or even activate a refund. The email addresses on their website are fake and the mobile number (no landline available) is constantly off and although I have left a voice-message, no one returned my call. These people are clearly scammers

No contact for returns

I placed an order and the company delivered the product (a slight delay but that's to be expected at the moment).

However, I have requested a returns note but have not received any reply to my (multiple) requests.

I am unable to find a contact number either

We have bought a rattan lampshade for £200 - no confirmation email, no correspondence, no answer on their phone lines.

This appears to be a fraudulent company. Avoid!

Avoid

Ordered 4 ceiling lights, all are different to the images on the website and clearly made in China. They've taken 3 weeks to arrive, all while I was trying to contact Frisson to get information on delivery of my order. Now I need to return and get them refunded and can't get any information back again. Avoid.
