All staff members are kind and considerate

All staff members are kind and considerate and understand the effect debt has on mental health. Emails answered in a friendly timely manner . When calling calls are always answered in a friendly helpful unrushed manner. Always go over and above.

The service I received was first class

The service I received was first class. Everyone I spoke to was polite, very knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. They answered all my questions and kept me up to date with everything. I couldn’t have asked for more.

I was in a very stressful and anxious…

I was in a very stressful and anxious situation and the staff at Freeman Jones couldn't have been more helpful. They were so kind and sympathetic to my situation. The service they have provided was excellent and solved my problem which I thought at one point would be impossible to solve.

Staff were caring,polite and looked after my wellbeing. Mathew and I think it was Craig were kind and caring.,They never made me feel like it was my fault for being in debt.They are a credit to your company, I don't know if you reward your staff but I would like to nominate them.

So very helpful

Explained everything to me easily. Made me feel like a person who’s had trouble and they wanted to help me, nothing was too much trouble for them. Especially want to mention Matthew he’s was empathetic and has a lot of patience with me. Thank you so much

Professional service by Freeman Jones, I was kept on the loop the whole time, things were explained in great detail & I feel confident I am in the right hands. I can't thank Rebecca & the team for helping me thru this process which was initially daunting but was quickly reassured.
