I have thoroughly enjoyed the courses, Alexis is a great tutor and never a dull moment with her. She keeps you engaged, you are very free to ask WHATEVER questions not worrying about if its silly or not.

My name is Kingsley Abananne, a of English and Maths entry 3, LaVonne happened to be my teacher.
LaVonne is one of the best teacher I have ever met. She is a very good, loving and caring person. LaVonne will go to any length to make sure that you understand what is been taught.
I wish, LaVonne will be my teacher in my next level.

The teaching was awesome and understandable . the teacher is friendly and accommodating . She always asked the student if they understand the topic and if they needs more time to go through any topic she teaches . free to learn are the best . I really enjoyed my class with them and learn new thigs regarding the subject I was teaching. Best teaching and accommodating tutor create time for the student

I use lots of different online education options. Free2Learn is my favorite. Their quality is unmatched. The Teacher’s I've had have all been great. I hope I can continue taking more courses . I just hope I had the time. I had a great experience.

Learning was interactive and engaging. Lessons were via zoom but my tutor Lavonne, made it very interesting that I felt as though I was in the classroom physically. Support from her was very helpful and beneficial and she is passionate about helping every student achieve the aims of each topic. She makes sure we are all on the same page before moving on to the next topic. I will not hesitate to recommend her to anybody who wants to develop him or herself.

Free to Learn is the overall best experience I have had to date with any organisation of this kind. The standard of training is better than some of the privately run in house schemes of which I have previously participated. I was genuinely surprised at the level of support, personal encouragement, time and care taken to further myself and the other students. The facilities were great and made accessible for very enthusiatic students, so it was sometimes possible to come early and catch up. If a student is hard working and respectful these people will go the extra mile. Nothing but praise and gratitude. Thank you Free to Learn. - Steve

Looking forward to be learning much more from this Management and leadership course, i have never done anything like this before. But it helps when you have a good teacher who gives you the encouragement to interact.
And takes the time to give you reassurance that if you do not understand something she is there to help.

I just started my course this week. I already have some concerns. I applied for the forklift course which is usually between 3-5 days. However I'm stuck doing a 4 week compulsory course in the following irrelevant subjects.
CV writing, searching for a job, interview skills and preparation for work. So I have to waste four weeks of my life before I even see a forklift. If I was put straight onto the forklift course I would probably have a job by the end of the week. These people are not helping anyone get back into work. Rather they are just wasting people's time and getting paid to do it.
I want to give a special thanks to to Tracy. She was really helpful with getting my CV into the right hands. Because of her I will be back to work soon.

Finished courses 2 month ago and still don’t got my certificate!! Shocking company!

I expressed interest in taking a course but was unable to contact them due to illness. I received a disrespectful email. And my file was closed.

I should have listened to my friend when she warned me about how unprofessional they were. They should be looked into.

My experience with free to learn got me in contact with a very nice and helpful woman called Kadian sterling who has been extremely helpful and still is.
My 6 day course was at Bridge training uk and it was very pleasant from day one, I can’t overstate enough just how wonderful the staff were very professional. My only bad experience I got out of it was not from the teachers but from a pupil who from day one seemed like he did not want to be there he was very confrontational throughout all six days to one of the teachers in particular and he said he was going to make a complaint about her which I hope he as not because she was very tolerant to this individual though-out the course even know he was contstantly rude to her.

Don't bother do SIA course with these thieves. They get money for the initial 3-4 weeks course from the college which they're supposed to pay for your SIA license with then they ignore you. They should be ashamed of themselves. I see them in the Hackney office walking around like they own the place but they're all a bunch of thieves. I will definitely be complaining this to Eastleigh College aswel. It was a waste of time doing them customer service courses. Its a shame the actual SIA instructors are ok but the office people are just a bunch of scammers. Shame on them

Recently done a Sia licence course with this mob passed the course in November got sent instructions through email you have to email a free 2 learn email address to get password to login to business account on Sia I was given This info just before everyone went on holiday for 2 weeks since them I have been ignored through emails and phone calls it's been two months now and by looking at the reviews on here it's looking like I'm nowhere near done 🤷‍♂️ I have now complained to the ESFA through the .gov website

This company free2learn is a scam and they will waste your time until they have got enough money from the government. Shirley eden is scum.

I had attended SIA course through them, 2 Weeks ago i received Text to register myself on SIA website and they will send a link to complete Application but after texting them back and Emailing them of screenshot of my SIA account still not received any reply even call them few times but the answer i receive, concern person will call you back but no reply or call at all, They are getting money from the Government but because delay of documents not able to start work. Government should also look into these matters because these unprofessional companies government losing manpower shortage and lose of Taxes. Very poor customer service and will not recommend anyone to go through with them in any educational or professional course.

Finished my Business administration course 6 weeks ago and still haven't received my certificate. Sent emails and no reply. Very disappointed with their lack of customer service. They need to practice what they preach.

Having brain surgery learning new skills have proven difficult in the past but thanks to Free2Learn at Doncaster, I've learned new ways to overcome my hurdles. They were all great staff, Fantastic friendly atmosphere and very helpful to those that have difficulties/disabilities. Will definitely Recommend them.
