I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional mathematics class that I have been fortunate to be a part of. The teacher's expertise and enthusiasm for the subject have made complex mathematical concepts accessible and engaging. The teacher's patience and willingness to address individual questions and concerns have greatly contributed to my understanding of mathematical principles. I did the Maths and English course. Before I began this I was worries because there was some bad feedback, but I am very grateful I did it. My English and maths skills are not the best but I became more confident and developed these skills further than I could have imagined, I applied some of these skills to my daily and am very proud to have received the certificate which I can now call my own.

I’m just about to complete my nails training and I have to say that I’m very impressed with the care I’ve been receiving by the instructor. I’m enjoying and having a lot of fun while I learn. If you are like me looking to improve your skills or learning new ones this is definitely the right place.

I highly recommend the English course. I've always wanted to improve my speaking and Free2Learn gave me more than a great confidence to speak, it expanded my vocabulary and prepared me for a better job experience.

As a one of the Free2learn students, who is already finishing my course, I can confidently share my experience and recommend to anyone who interesting to learn English. The Free2learn have become my second home, (home away from home☺️)I feel here comfortable and cared. The atmosphere at school is amazing, all the staff are so friendly, professional and warm welcoming. , I can clearly see how my english is improving.

I swear to Allah this people are scam, think twice before you join, they give you 4 to 5 weeks training.I swear to Allah wallah, you wasting your time once you join and they got money from government DWP, they don't don't care about you, after you finished the course you have to wait the exam at least near two months, you will be calling them two months to ask the when I am going to have exam,, they will ignore you.you are not going to pass because they need more money so they keep scamming you and DWP. if you cant get 7 days training or go to private so you can pay your self. You are absolutely wasting your time. when they get the money from government. they don't care about you,that is my experience. If I can give 0 wallah I will give them but not available. The people give them 5 star they work with them.InshaAllah I hope government find out and prosecute them.

The only part of the course that wasn’t delayed was the 2 weeks online learning through zoom, this is where free 2 learn get their funding from.
The in class SIA course start was delayed.
Once finishing the course the door supervisor qualification was supposed to take 2 weeks to appear on the SIA website, it took over a month.
I’m still waiting for the payment for my licence, it’s been over 2 months since I’ve finished the course and there doesn’t seem to be an ending in sight. As soon as I mentioned the licence payment I stopped getting email replies, emails before that were replied to pretty quickly.

Good things about the course were facilities in the hackney free 2 learn building where the course took place. Also the tutor I had was excellent, man like Slav!

I honestly think that they delay everything so much so that people get exhausted with them and end up giving up or paying for the licence themselves, so that free 2 learn doesn’t have to pay out of their pocket for it.

I would avoid using them.

I completed my cctv course and SIA CP course handed in portfolios and the course advisors continually ghosted me, I've had to pay full amount to renew my badge.

This is disappointing as the free2learn learn staff themselves are excellent and I believe its about time they severed links with whomever is dragging down their reputation.

The majority of complaints come from SIA and the company is not even SIA.

This is absolutely disgusting I've been in and out of hospital and to be honest I wish I went with another provider or establishment that honours hard work and diligence.

My advice to anyone save yourself the anguish and pain don't do sia courses with Free2learn London use Slough or Doncaster or simply somebody else.

From September 2021 passing free2learn have ghosted me.

Draconian type of management in my opinion.
Very unwilling to do the smallest & easiest of requests.

I have recently changed my prefix (NOT GOVERNMENT NAME)
From Mr - LORD via the purchase of Scottish Land!
I have my title deed providing exact details of my purchase and entitlement to LORD Status.
I also have informed Natwest, An Official Bank, furthermore my credentials have already been changed with natwest & ALL of my evidence have been shown to FREE2LEARN!

Why is there still a problem?
This has completely let all of you down!
Not only have you shown poor leadership,
It also shows how bad your educational service must be.
You are CLEARLY uneducated on Prefixes & Tittles.

This is the second occasion I have registered with Free2Learn over the last few years and not once have they bothered to contact me.

I was referred by the Jobcentre in 09//21, for a CCTV cse, I did their 4 wks training(3/4, I had already done, please do not get me started on the team leadership(just fill in exam, that the instructor had given you the answered for- passed). I waited for 6 months before I got a certificate - Mar/2022, I got a CCTV cse in 07/22 - passed, going to be a long wait before you link account, I keep telling Jobcentre, and hopefully the owner will stop paying himself 3M a year.

I just started to a course on metal health how did anyone find it please give me some feedback please and thank you

The four week course was excellent The tutor Alexis broomfield was very kind and considerate always there for a help’ She was even helping some of the pupils that was struggling on her lunch break in her own time highly recommend ‘ great course and a few qualifications to show for it

I have recently attended a 4 weeks specialist course (Fork Lift Operator Course).
Alexis was a fantastic tutor, very helpful, friendly, thoughtful and patient with everyone in her presentation on Customer Service, Retail Knowledge and Team Leading Skills course. Good Luck to her.

I have recently concluded a 4 weeks NHS digital skills course and I must say I was pleasantly surprised there was a lot to learn!
