I recently ordered what I believed was an iPhone 15 Pro from Frank Mobile, only to discover upon arrival that it was actually an iPhone 15. After reviewing my order, I realised that the error was on my part, which I was willing to acknowledge. However, I was also surprised to find that the phone—advertised as being in “Prime” condition—arrived with a fairly deep scratch on one corner of the frame and a smaller one on the other. It certainly did not match the description of a high-grade, near-new device.
I contacted Frank Mobile to explain both the mistake in my order and the condition of the phone, hoping for a more flexible or understanding response—particularly given the circumstances. Instead, I was told I could return the phone but would be charged a $30 restocking fee, with no acknowledgment of the condition issue or offer to exchange for the correct model.
While the refund was processed within a reasonable timeframe, it was minus the $30 fee. In the end, I’m left unsure of the overall quality of Frank Mobile’s “Prime” phones, and found the customer service to be rigid, transactional, and lacking in genuine support or care.
This experience has left me hesitant to purchase from Frank Mobile again or recommend them to others.

I ordered a phone from Frank 2 years ago. I went for top of the range condition which was mint at the time.
Within a month, the battery capacity was already at 86%. Granted, when I first received the phone it was at 90%. This still was still underwhelming as I had gone for top of the range ‘mint’ offering (they didn’t have the prime offering back then).
In that same time period, the charging port began failing. Firstly, it would randomly stop charging, leading to me unplugging and plugging an assortment of charge cables back in repeatedly until the phone ‘recognised’ the cable. Eventually, this turned into a notice which said liquid was detected within, which actually worked out better because when this notice appears - you have an option to override it, in case of emergency. Nonetheless, I contacted Frank to see what could be done. To be fair, they were quite pleasant and offered me a swap out. The issue I had with this was that I took on all responsibility for damages in transport or if it got wet during transport (considering my phone was displaying liquid within I thought this could be an easy cop out for Frank) plus I’d be without a phone for the 3 days freight there and 3 days freight back to me.
I came to the conclusion that given the risk involved and the time I’d be without a phone, I was better off getting my charging port replaced at a local shop. Yet, it was seriously underwhelming having ordered the best condition phone from Frank and having 2 major issues within a month of purchase.
It’s now time for me to buy another phone and needless to say, I won’t be going back to Frank. I’ll be going to my local shop where I can see the battery health life % prior to sale and take it back without any risk or delay if something goes wrong.
It raises a question, why bother purchasing from Frank in the first place?

quiet clearly dont quality check. I purchased a pixel 8 pro the phone arrived quickly but!!! The touch screen doesn't work the wifi doesn't work, the phone is not fit for purpose.
I sent that phone back for a refund and that's when the fun starts. The phone arrived back into Frank Mobiles PO Box on Wednesday morning.. I am still currently waiting for a confirmation of a refund.

I don’t usually leave reviews but Frank definitely deserves one. I purchased two refurbished iPhone 15 Pros in Prime condition—one for myself and one for my partner. The phones arrived in just 2 days and were very well packaged. My partner’s phone came with 99% battery health, and mine with 96%. It's been 2 months and both our phones are working perfectly. Frank’s customer service team was amazing, they responded super quick to my invoice request. Highly recommended.

Bought their "Mint" condition phone and it arrived looking as-new. There were no visible marks or scratches, and the battery health was at 91% as promised. I wouldn't have known this was a refurbished phone if you hadn't told me.
The shipping experience was slightly less than ideal since we're talking AusPost here - took a lot longer than expected. I wish I could get this shipped via Amazon...
The 4-star rating is because I tried calling them multiple times as I did not receive an invoice with the phone and no one ever answers their phone. They responded over email and sent it to me without any issue, but the lack of phone support, especially considering their phone is on their website is concerning. I have a feeling that if anything goes wrong with the phone, the warranty process will also be a headache so while I hope this won't be an issue, I am being cautious due to the lack of phone support.

Recently bought an iPhone 12 from Frank Mobile. Delivery was fast and it arrived in time for Christmas. Phone seemed to work fine for a few hours but then it started having issues with mobile data turning off. We were able to turn it back on by resetting the Network setting but it didn’t last long before mobile data turned off again. This time, it’s off for good and nothing we tried would turn it back on. Looked at the phone’s repair/service history and it showed a history with mobile data issue. So basically they sent me a dodgy phone that isn’t operational and with previous issues unresolved. It was a Christmas present for my 13 year old daughter and this experience has been disappointing to say the least. I’m down $500 and my daughter is still without a working phone. I’d steer clear of Frank Mobile and head to Mobile Guru instead. I’ve bought refurbished iPhones from Mobile Guru and have had no issues with them.
