The phone came without a charging…
The phone came without a charging cable. Phone screen went off whilst trying to setup. Currently taken for repairs and asked to buy a new screen. Very disappointed in this service.

Second purchase through Frank Mobile of a iPhone this time for my Mum. The phone was delivered packaged well & in the condition I expected it to be in given the grade I purchased. As with the first purchase very happy with the product etc & the speed of delivery. 😊

As good as brand new
I googled this site and saw all the great reviews. I ended up getting a ‘prime’ iphone and couldn’t be happier with product and service. The phone is just as good as brand new. Would definitely recommend this website for purchasing refurbished phones.

Very angry
Very angry. Still waiting on uphone 13 ordered through Reebelo that was supposed to have been delivered on 18-19 December. Tracking status has been stuck on 'label created by sender' for 5 days now. Frank mobile referred me back to Reebelo but they say they can't help either.
