I bought a framed picture collage for my grandparents for Christmas, to be delivered straight to their door. Since I live in New Zealand it was really helpful to find this site that allows you to design online and get it delivered framed and in gift wrapping to the recipients door. I was a little late to get it ordered but they still managed to deliver it just in time for Christmas 🎄 My grandparents loved it and it made me the favourite grandchild for the year so thanks fotokadeau!

Ordering was incredibly simple and hassle-free, and the quality of the work exceeded all expectations—absolutely flawless and truly impressive. The attention to detail, craftsmanship, and final result were nothing short of amazing!

After the order was confirmed and paid, we didn't get news for 3 weeks. After contacting the office for info, the order has been finally delivered in a few days.

I have been using Fotocadaeu for 3 years. The customer service has been very supportive. Every order has been done beautifully. My last order was for 3 large canvas prints. They were perfect. Plus: The shipping is always so fast. Love it.

This company works with CanvasCompany.be and CanvasCompany.nl
They don't reply via Chat (the only way possible because they don't announce any other option) and I discover that the chat is sharing services with Fotocadeau.nl
So I hope somebody will see here the lack of feedback with the customer service.

Ze namen per e-mail contact met me op en ik antwoordde met de vraag om mijn geld terug te storten omdat ik het pakket nooit had geaccepteerd (het was een verkeerde bestelling). Na twee weken kreeg ik mijn geld terug en stond het op mijn bankrekening.
Maar ik moet je waarschuwen dat de klantenservice niet zo goed is en dat je veel geduld moet hebben.

Snelle levering en de foto is perfect op kleur overgezet (diamontpainting)

Excellent customer service! I made a order on the 6th of December for a magic photo mug, it came with a little defect that affected the picture. I emailed them about my complain for which I also attached some pictures of the defect, not only did I get a quick response but they also remade the mug for me and I received it today the 10th of December. Happy customer🙂

When you get a gift card ANY promotion is not applied and can not be used. Waste of money/time

The order is not correct. The photo was wrong.

Ordered one of our weddingphotos on a big canvas (taken by a professional photographer in more than the required pixel quantity).. but the canvas just wasn't sharp and quality complete mediocre.. had I known I would have paid more at a competitor as the quality is wayyy below what I expected. Guess you get what you pay for.
