I ordered during Christmas 2025 and it still hasn't arrived. Something went wrong with the order so I paid extra to get it delivered again and I paid but never heard back. I've send them another email but can't get in contact now. Horrible experience!

Good contact with customer service via whatsapp to arrange priority delivery. I received it in 5 working days. Painting seems nice based on personal photo. Of course we have to await the result after painting it

I love the product! From the beginning, the website is super easy to navigate, clear instructions to upload the desired picture, what's included and total costs. Customer service was quick to help me with delivery enquiries in a friendly way. Delivery within the estimated dates and lastly, the presentation and quality of the materials was great! The gift receiver loved it!! 😍 Would recommend 100%!

I placed an order, however it didn't arrive, i can only imagine my order was misplaced. It was due to be a Christmas gift. I sent a few emails to which I asked for a refund. The lady I spoke to was very accommodating, polite and offered the solution of still sending my order, albeit late, and refunding me. I wasn't expecting this outcome at all, however the kindness shown was extremely welcome. Now my partner will get his gift (once I've painted it that is) I'm very happy with the way the company handled my order issue.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! I wish I had done more due diligence before ordering from this website. I ordered a birthday present for my mother and more than 3 weeks later it still has t arrived. In the last contact I had with customer service they said it would be sent with priority (a week ago but I still haven’t received anything).

I am not happy with the quality of the paint. You can see the numbers through the paint on lighter colours. Also with the majority of the colours you see that it doesn't dry up uniform like one colour, you see a lot of streaks and that looks messy. I contacted the company with my complaint and added pictures and asked for a refund. The only thing they offered was 2 free paintings, but I didn't want that because of the quality being bad. I asked again if I could get a refund. They said that was not possible and reacted in a very unprofessional way with saying that the quality of the paint is good and that it is based on the way you apply it (so they were actually saying it is your own fault) I am very disappointed in the service.

I thought I get a painting with picture but no no picture of the painting was in the box.
The box came straight from China so this is not a shop in the EU and you can’t read this anywhere.
No reaction on my mails and phone number dousnt work. I never buy something her again!

I shopped for an almond blossom painting on this website. They sent me another one, I contacted them and talked to their customer service person called 'Sanne'. This person is a liar, be careful. She said she would fix the situation but she did not. Their WhatsApp number is now unavailable, so I lost contact. Overall, this is not a reliable company, I recommend you to use other website and stay away from this one.

It is surprisingly good experience, much better than many reviews have put here. I ordered a week ago, and only 1 week the order it has been delivered, everything looks good quality.

Customer service were so kind and gave me great advice regarding the picture I sent. I went ahead without changes and the painting still truned out beautiful, my friend is very happy with her gift. I really recommend!
