Worst attorneys I have ever worked with. My case manager never answer your phone the average color even 1020 times within the day. Try to get in touch with her to add stuff to my case but she wouldn’t even be sure to leave a message or email me and then five months after they dropped me and I can’t even get my file from them to switch to another attorney never use them.I am trying to go to demand your limits they give you a call once a week to let you know what they’ve been doing on your case and a friend of mine got $200,000 from a little neck injury that they got him.Even the escalating team does not answer

Due to unfortunate circumstances, I've had three encounters with this firm on three separate cases (workers comp, auto accident, personal injury). The 3rd is the only one where I've been treated with some form of respect.

My worker's comp attorney was worthless and treated me with zero respect and nothing but contempt.

He did not respond to emails or calls and made me feel like a nuisance anytime I asked for a simple update. He did not even attempt to guide me through the process or ensure I was cared for. Going with M&M was a HUGE mistake here.

Auto accident: My personal injury attorney initiated the case and then said he'd be the attorney of record once it got set up. This was a lie. In fact, we never got to talk to an attorney at all, and my attorney stopped responding to questions regarding this case.

An at-fault driver nearly killed my wife and daughter. Morgan & Morgan took the case, put us through the wringer, and then dropped the case right in the middle of it, forcing us to untangle a giant spider's web. Zero courtesy or respect given. They didn't care. They didn't respond to phone calls. They only sent letters. I don't know how they sleep at night.

Opportunists. Rude people. Spammy call centers. Avoid at all costs.

I would like to take the opportunity to express my gratitude for the very professional legal team with Morgan and Morgan (Erin Hayden, Esq. and Ashley DeCosta, Litigation Paralegal). They are really a five-stat team or as said in the military “Bravo Zulu” (meaning well done)

As a 44 years government employee (24 active-duty soldier and 20 civil service), I have a great deal of respect for organizations/individuals who practice their craft with a high degree of truthfulness and open to provide wise counselor to their client. Erin and Ashley were keen on keep me abreast of my case. I would also like to give them kudos because during my case; I had surgery for throat cancer and loss my 33 years old Son, but they endure with patience as I took several breaks to deal with life challenges.

They took my case on a slip and fall 2 years ago. Got a phone call today telling me that I either take a settlement that I didn't even know there was one or they're going to drop me bc they lost all evidence I sent them. Now on the settlement I'm going to get nothing bc they came up with $13000 over charges saying I owe. I got my bill it was less then a $2000. He literally called to tell me they lost my evidence and they couldn't win bc of this. Then proceeded to call me a liar bc I proceeded to tell him that I was advised not to take further treatment and they needed no more evidence. He literally called me a liar. These people are nothing but crooks. I really hope this helps someone before it's too late. Now I'm stuck with owing thousands and no case bc they took 2 years to do anything. They're only out for themselves. I will not sign off on a settlement just for them to take everything.

In all reality I would give less Stars if possible because they claim to be for the people in all reality they're not for the people they're for the paycheck because I have tried to contact them no shall I say I have consulted with them under two different situations and both they can't help with one being a very serious case that I have already retained another attorney for .Morgan & Morgan refuses to take the case unless they know they're going to win a lot of money so to say Morgan and Morgan for the people is definitely not true Morgan & Morgan is for Morgan & Morgan

I contacted them in the middle of August, 2022.
I was told someone would get back with me in a couple days. No one did so a week later, I called and was told my case was "under review". This happened every time I called. The beginning of September I was told my case was being reviewed by "several attorneys". Around the middle of September, I was told my case had been "referred out" but they would not tell me to whom.. Each week I called I got the same response. Finally on October 2, a young man told me I had no case with M&M and if no one called me back after all this time to find another attorney. Needless to say, I was shocked at the utter unethical and negligence from a firm that brags about being, not only the largest, but "forthepeople".

I lost precious time waiting to hear from them just to find out they tossed my case without even notifying me. A little common courtesy goes a long way. My advice is to avoid them at all costs.
