Wonderful program, great support but very expensive.
I love the support that this company offers. They are excellent in helping me online, and on the phone when I am having an issue with the program. Unfortunately, since I am Canadian, I have found that the cost of ordering books, printed items, and online Digital Art has become extremely expensive. I have also found that the cost of being a P2P member is very expensive. Perhaps Forever can have an "At Par" day a few times a year? In addition, I am not happy with the virtual crops as they have become less informative and seem to push products more in the last few years. I enjoy participating more when teaching new techniques occurs.

A good investment in shareable family history
I've only paid for the facial recognition service so far. It is a bit pricey, but it's worth it for the permanence. I was using Google Photos facial recognition, but they keep deleting my identified names and corrections! I can only ask my aging mother so many times who these people are, and there will be a time when she won't be there to ask.

Well I was generally disappointed with…
Well I was generally disappointed with the quality of processing. I am guessing that since it was my first time that it was mainly my error. However, I wouldn't order prints again. I will continue to search for an online print place and see how it goes. My daughter was equally disappointed. I printed photos from our 2025 Italy trip and I will not use most of them. Once again I was new to this site and so I am sure I made mistakes. I am also used to being able to order different sizes and I think 4 by 6 is it.
