Easy process
Easy to go thru the process from ordering the box/payment to getting the VHS converted to my online forever acct. The process seemed to be longer than what I had experienced before, however the outcome was seamless. I did take advantage of a sale which may have spiked orders.

I bought some beautiful things.
I bought some beautiful things at their site only to find out I couldn't open the files, but Forever quite on their own account offered and also gave me a refund.
So although I wish it had been clearer that the images were not packed in ordinary zip files I am pretty satisfied about how things turned out in the end.

My digitization box
My digitization box, with my original photos enclosed, is said to be delivered to me.. but has not arrived. We have been home the entire time.
I contacted Forever and they took complete responsibility.. they assured me my box has been returned to the digitization office, for which reason they were not sure.. perhaps crossing the Canadian border.. They then resent it by FEDEX and I have safely received all my items. Thank you!!
