Bought via GoGroupie who should vet the companies but can't be bothered.
Avoid both

I ordered a pair of shoes from gogroope from Forefront trading says (38) on bag shoes have no size on them. They are too small measured my 38 and it is 27cm their shoe only measures 24cm sent them photos but their knowledge of the English language seems a black spot only understands what they want to read,
Can anyone help where I can for help.

As others have said, refused to refund/replace a faulty wildlife camera.

This company doesn't even deserve one star but you can't leave a review otherwise!! I also bought the wildlife camera for a Christmas present. It is completely dud and doesn't work. You don't open such a Christmas present to try it before giving. I was told the year guarantee quoted in the instruction book only applies to the Chinese domestic market!!! I also wish I had read all these reviews before purchasing - Wowcher is involved in this 'crime' because the money was paid to them and they should stop using merchants who are clearly undesirable.

This company is disgraceful. DO NOT BUY ANY OF THE PRODUCTS. Looking at the reviews I am not the only dissatisfied customer. It is a scam. I brought a camera through wowcher, it still on there now. I got it as a Christmas gift for my relative. The person tried to set it up in the new year. It doesn't work, it doesn't power on. The company has refused to resolve the issue due to the lack of contact within 14 days. I am not sure this is the spirit of the consumer rights legislation. I will be reporting this issue to trading standards.

Bought a wildlife camera, the infra does not work and I am having to luck getting a refund, all I get is fined off with do this do that etc

Absolutely disgraceful company. Bought a wildlife camera through Wowcher which turned out to be faulty. Must have sent over 30 emails trying to resolve! Even offered a 10% discount to keep the item - which doesn’t work at all - unbelievable!!! Still won’t refund me cost for having to return faulty item. Do not use.

There really needs to be a minus option on the stars. Bought a wildlife camera through Wowcher as a Christmas present. Couldn’t give to recipient at Christmas due to her having covid. When she did receive it, it didn’t work. Contacted Wowcher who directed me straight to this bunch of highwayman. Blunt, rather rude email replies saying tough you had 15 days to return it. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. Wowcher should delete them too!!!

Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering from these via Wowcher :-(
Ordered in Nov. Not received, still fighting for a refund, even though Hermes have confirmed the parcel is 'unaccounted' for.
Wowcher won't get involved, and all you get from Forefront is standard replies in broken English !!

Very very difficult company have not received the item and I am still fighting for a refund, shocking please don’t use them. Wowcher should be looking at this organisation and not using them in the future.

If there was a zero rate I would use it, A terrible rip off company who don't give a damn about customer satisfaction, they take your money quick enough and will not refund or replace a faulty item. All I got was an email that was blurb about my parcel could have been sent to the wrong address even though it was sent on there return slip..( utter rubbish.) My item was a faulty night vision wildlife camera . Wowcher don't want to know, that's putting me off buying anything else from them....

Purchased an item from Forefront Trading through Wowcher, it had to be returned. They sent me a return label. Fortunately, I paid for recorded delivery so could see it had been returned and accepted by someone at the warehouse. That was over 2 weeks ago. I have not received any notification acknowledging a return or refund and Wowcher are not interested either. So I would say beware don't purchase from them.

This is an absolutely appalling company order advent calendars for my grandchildren still waiting.
Shame on you wowcher for dealing with this company who may be wound up soon

Ordered a pair of glow in the dark childs pyjamas for my little grandson. Never received them. Charged twice for them and no refund.

Ordered a space station for my grandson. Arrived in a broken box with pieces missing. Have tried repeatedly to get a refund but no luck. Terrible customer service . Will never buy through Wowcher again !

Terrible terrible company. Absolutely avoid them. I ordered a kids activity table from forefront trading through Wowcher. The image showed a child sitting at the activity table with a huge Duplo structure.
Talk about false advertising. It’s about the size of an a4 piece of paper. I applied to return it straight away and sent it via Hermes the very next day using the return slip and address label provided. Despite providing evidence of the return and that it has been received by them they won’t provide a refund. I’ve provided evidence but because they now say they want a post office receipt they won’t give me my refund. Absolute con artists. I really hope people see this and don’t get conned like I have.

Oh dear, it looks like I'm not the only one not satisfied with them. I ordered a camera, doesn't work, they don't want to know. Warranty is apparently only 15 days. Who knew? Not me. This sullies Wowcher's reputation too.

I bought a foot massager through Wowcher. Package was damaged and item did not work. Returned item (£4.20 registered) They asked for video of item not working (which I can not do). They are now saying item not received and could i send picture of post office receipt. I have tried to find a telephone number to explain I can only send a picture from my phone.
Will never use Wowcher again as after paying for item and delivery and then the returned cost I could have brought an item that works x

Glow in the dark - make your own tent.
Bought via Wowcher, loved the idea of my son building his own den that glowed in the dark.
Connectors are different sizes and poles are poor poles. The cover for the den affect is tiny.
After reading trust pilot reviews the customer service is rubbish so they reflect their products

wish I had checked this out before ordering two wireless door bells advertised as supplied with the batteries but guess what no batteries with either and apparently no way to contact them to complain turned out to be double the price as had to order batteries from elsewhere
