I bought an electronic drawing tablet off Discount expert , apparently it was made in China by oberobiz , but supplied by Forefront trading , so that is three companies I've mentioned here and I must warn you , they are terrible companies to deal with , none of them will accept blame or responsibility for the faulty goods they supply you with. They all keep pointing the finger at each other , so you end up with nothing for your hard earned money, avoid them at all costs..

The coat I ordered bore no resemblance to the atrocity that was delivered. Different fabric, different pattern, different shape. I'd be embarrassed to give it to a charity shop. They are insisting that I pay for the return. Shame on Wowcher for not checking the quality of the goods they sell.

I ordered a dash cam with them, twice and each one was faulty. They dont work as you need to put sd cards in and the units dont recognise SD cards and they dont fit in properly to be retained.

I ordered these through Wowcher which I am not happy about them sending out substandard goods. They are not saying they will refund but I have to pay the returns when the items do not work. Which means They are fraudlently stating its my responsibility when it is theres to put right between themselves and wowcher

I ordered a shaver with go groopie the shaver arrived and it wouldn't hold its charge ,the shaver died half way through a shave I reported this to forefront Trading who's response was send a video of the product? How can you send a video of something that's not charging? The next message was to return the product at my own cost being as the product wasn't damaged.
I contacted go groopie who was very helpful and issued a full refund.
I'm still have message from forefront Trading I wouldn't recommend anyone using this crap company, who don't know what customer service is ,I don't think the word exists.

I ordered three Christmas penguins from Mighty Deals. Lovely pictures showing lights, plump penguins on feet. What arrived, three pieces of flat plastic on storks and three little switches which I had no idea how to fit. I complained to Mighty Deals three times about what rubbish they were, I have now received an e-mail from Forefrontrading saying sorry blaa blaa, and I can send them back but I have to pay return postage. Not a happy customer.

Again that’s a minus mark. Wish I had read before ordering. I ordered 2 coats 1 khaki 1 Black in the same size, unfortunately the Black despite being labelled same size as Khaki won’t even close round me. They asked for photos I sent them showing the problem. They are still coming back saying as there is nothing wrong with the coat I need to pay postage. I’ve tried once more then go to Wowcher to see if any success if not I’m not giving up. How to get customers and lose them should be their motto…

I bought a pair of heated gloves from Wowcher from this company. They are the biggest waste of money ever. They hardly heat up and the touchscreen part does not work. If I could give minus stars for this company I would! I purchased through Wowcher, 1 pair of heated socks. The advertisement clearly stated how to use them with the batteries supplied. Took nearly 2 weeks to arrive (after redeeming the voucher and paying £4.99 p&p) I received 1 pair of socks with wires but no batteries. Contacted them through wowcher, they eventually replied suggested I buy battery packs locally! Obviously I asked for a refund, including the cost of postage - they responded saying they would accept the return but as the item was not damaged (maybe not, but definitely incomplete) Return postage was at my expense! I am now in communication with Wowcher - who should, in my opinion, cease ALL dealings with a company such as this, and contacting my bank to attempt to get my money back through them.
PLEASE AVOID ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY

I was unfortunate enough to find these (chosing my words VERY carefully) "traders" via petrolprices.com They send ads for "bargains" thru a company called GoGroopie. I bought a jacket from them, and checked the sizes after being stung with sizing issues online before. I normally buy a UK XL size (I'm a big lad) but the posted sizes suggested I needed a 4XL!!
The jacket finally arrived, 3 weeks later. Guess what? IT DOESNT FIT!!
I tried to dispute with these "people" and get a refund, sent the wrong one back, at my cost of course, but they claim it was sent too late! Now I have no jacket and no refund! Total parasitic thieves!
I know it wasnt expensive, but the fact that these bandits continue to steal customers money is disgusting, they simply DO NOT CARE!

Completely inaccurate description of product. Photo looked 3d models of christmas cat and dogs. Which it said had 120 lights, a lead and a timer, and was made from water resistant fabric. What came was a flat plastic photograph of the 3d model, with a set of 10 battery lights which I assume you cellotaped to the back of the model. No lead, no timer. No 120 lights. Complete misdescription. Obviously mislead thousands of customers. Laughing all the way to the bank, because this item was supposed to be worth £40 and isn't even worth £20 in the opinion of anyone I have shown it to.

This company was advertising this item 3 light up penguins on WOWCHER - totally misleading advertising and descriptions.

The pictures showed the penguins looking lovely and plump with feet to stand them up and they were shown as lighting up.

What came was 3 flat pieces of acrylic plastic in a Penguin shape which had a spike for feet with 3 really tiny batteries with lights to wrap round.

I complained that the advertising was misleading but they responded by saying the following:

I’m sorry to hear you’re unhappy with the item received.
In order to resolve your issue we are willing to accept your return however as this item is not damaged you will have to return at your own cost.
Please return the item in these 7 days to the address and show us the return receipt below . Thanks.

Obviously having paid for something that was not as expected I am not happy!

I bought a shirt from this company. I ordered an XL and received a S. I returned it.(Cost £4.84) They sent me an email saying they needed proof of posting which I sent them. Since then I have been unable to contact them as their email is not receiving mail. They have NO customer service and no phone number to contact them. It is not a company Wowcher should deal with

I agree with the other reviews there should be a minus star option!!
I bought an ear pick camera through (wowcher) from this company, it didn't work so I asked for a refund, they wanted pictures of the problem, I sent picture of the device, they came back to me with there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with it!! I argued that it was probably inside the device, eventually they said I could send back to them (within 2 days) it took 3 weeks to arrive not a chance it's going to be returned in 2 days. Wowcher should be ashamed I've spent a lot of money with them over time and where are they now I need help? On a whatsapp takes 48 hours to ask your name and voucher number. THIS COMPANY NEED EXPOSING!!!!

I ordered a Men's Harrington Jacket from this Disgusting company, I asked for my size to be sent to me but when I received it I found that it did Not fit me as it was too small & the reason for this was that they had advertised Chinese Sizes & Not British sizes.
I have repeatedly asked for my money back to no avail, Gogroopie are of No help at all So I will NEVER deal with them again, Lousy company, Lousy sellers. My sincere advise is NOT to deal with them for you do so at your own peril as they are Not Trustworthy, they break the trading law's of the u.k with impunity & they are only after your money!!!

I also got scammed for the wild life camera that doesn't work tried and tried sent messages no reply do not use and Wowcher should very companies like this

Ordered a childs spiderman fleece. What a nightmare trying to get this delivered. From ordering to present day, 7 weeks, still not received.
Emails from the company give EVRI tracking number and phone number? (This is another tale).
6 emails to this Company, 5 to delivery company and 2 to "go-groupie" i am no closer to receiving the ordered item.......
There is no direct phone number to speak to someone to try to sort this out. I have no option but to cancel visa payment for non receipt of goods.

Bought a car camera Vehicle Blackbox DVR 1080P, It did not even turn on. Useless company. They are scammers in faulty goods, Gogroopie should not allow them to trade under their name.

If I could give them no star, I would. I cannot believe how horrible they are. They would drag you with emails till it passes the return time and then they will come up with the excuse it can no longer be returned. I am shocked at how awful this service is. Product was not working from the start. Emailed them a couple days after to let them know product doesn’t work and they wanted photo proof. After sending photo, they wanted video and I was confused because no one asks for a video ever! Not sending them a video resulted in me not getting to return my product. Don’t buy from them!!! It’s not safe.

Absolutely rubbish, and I agree that go groopie should vet the traders as both are getting a bad name and never again will I purchase from either. Customer service is dire at best. If a product doesn't work you take it back end of story and time wasting to exceed the 14 day return is pathetic. You either sell decent goods or you don't but accept they don't work??
