Used this product (eyelash serum) years ago for a long time and it worked very well (lashes got twice as long). Then they stopped shipping to my home country for a few years. After shipping was available again, I immediately ordered five serums at once. I have used it last night and woke up with the worst allergic reaction ever. Eyes are swollen and red, and they hurt a lot. Do not recommend at all. I think it is dangerous.

I expected more from this be honest but it’ pretty good for what it is.

This is not just bad service — it’s dishonest and unethical business practice. They profit from affiliates’ hard work and refuse to pay what they owe. I strongly urge anyone considering working with this eyelash serum company to stay far away.

I also love their customer service as they go above and beyond! I recently had an issue with being charged import fees from Canada customs which had never happened in my previous orders! Scam – unpaid marketing commission. I joined their affiliate program in October 2024 and successfully generated nearly $4,000 in sales. I have a commission of $393 that was approved for payment. It's been over 6 months now, and despite sending multiple emails requesting payment, the company has only responded by saying their system is experiencing issues and that they would handle it soon. I even sent them screenshots of the successful transactions recorded in their system, but they just told me to wait and have not followed up. About a week ago, I emailed them again asking whether they intended to pay me or if I was being scammed, but they still haven’t responded. I didn’t expect a beauty-focused company to behave in such an unethical way.

I’m writing this review to publicly share my terrible experience, for which I have full evidence. However, instead of responding or paying me the commission owed since October 2024 after reading my review, they flagged it as defamatory and unethical in an attempt to have the platform hide or remove it. Fortunately, after a review, the system found no evidence to support their accusation. I’m extremely disappointed by this behavior — it is highly unprofessional. I sincerely hope others won’t have to go through the same disappointing and awful experience as I did.

I was skeptical at first then decided after seeing others having success I would faithfully apply the product daily. I had been dealing with sparse lashes and even more so on my right eye in a cluster dead centre. I can say after using this serum my lashes are back and now with mascara they look great! So I can say the serum has spiked the growth and I can see the difference! I’m a believer now 😊

Ordered March 31, 2025. My account was charged and given an order confirmation via email but never a shipping notification. Followed up 3 times to find out what happened, and got the same "copy and paste" response from their "24-hour customer service" team. It's been 2 weeks now and still no update or resolution. Total scam. I placed a clothing order from China and still received it before ForChics even shipped my PAID FOR items. Requested a refund so I hope they will have some integrity and return my money as it is before their 30-day refund policy. VERY DISAPPOINTING, and I will go back to my old serum and pay 8x the amount for real results and superb customer service.

Seen a difference in my eyelashes! I had bold spots and missing lashes 😩😩not anymore 🥰🥰🥰they grew back in about 4weeks and then got thicker after they grew back! And the best thing I love about this product is NO prostaglandin! Alot of the other lash serums have that in it , and if you struggle with dark under eyes it’s just makes it worst😞😞But 🥰Not forchics! This product has made me feel confident about my lashes with out feeling like I have to wear false ones! 10/10 would highly recommend!

The worst product ever, I had a hard reaction in my eyes, they turned red for several days, be careful I thought I was going to be blind as I couldn't see really well

I think it's wonderful that I got my natural eyelashes back, they are super voluminous and prettier than ever.

I recently saw my eye doctor who told me that the eyelash growth serum has caused a very serious infection on both my eyes, resulting in redness, swelling and blurry vision. I brought the product to my doctor and he said that the smell alone seems to indicate that it is not usable for consumption. I do not have sensitive eyes by any means and I have used other eyelash growth serums before, NEVER until NOW had an eye infection like this.

I thought i would give forchics eyelash serum a go. I used it religiously for 12 weeks with no results. In fact I have less eyelashes than when I started. I will have to go back to the serum that i usually use as I know it works.
