I have made an order a few months ago and I now receive a new order confirmation, but I did not place an order. On my order it says subscription? I have searched everywhere for information about this weird subscription and I can’t log in anywhere or cancel it, neither cancel my order. I am very disappointed since this isn’t something I can afford at the moment and the only way to contact them is through an email system

It's not often I get to give 5 stars, but this company is definitely deserving. I'd been seeing and hearing so much about their eyelash/ eyebrow serum that I had to try it for myself. I have Trichotillomania and my eyelashes and eyebrows are affected. Although it's more of a OCD condition there are topical products that can help with "my" plucking. So my serum arrived fairly quickly, I used it sparingly but my bottle seemed to be just about empty after only a week. I reached out to the company via email and instantaneously they reached back out and assisted me with my issue. They even sent me a replacement bottle. The serum has helped me more with my brows, but I can also see growth with my lashes. I haven't experienced any irritation except a slight stinging sensation when I accidentally got a little in my eye but no lasting issues. I'm really overall pleased. I will update if needed. At 69, most don't do what is promised..
I am here to say this product is the best I have ever used..The formula is perfect for mature woman..No clumps, no flaking,easy removal...PLUS the length it gives my eyelashes is phenomenal...extra bonus, great price point!!!! I give it... 💯%

I ordered only one time and my account was charged 4 times. I requested for my money back and for them to stay away from my account. I even tried to reply to their email, I guess I was blocked. I only need my money back. If I don't get my funds back, I will surely come back to write more reviews and take a legal step.

It works a little, but not as much as I expected.

This is one of the better serums I’ve tried. It's good for sensitive skin and also not greasy and no odor. The only negative is that it really does requires patience.

I had ZERO issues using this product. No irritation, because I'm super sensitive and I'm so happy with it. This is what I really needed. Would absolutely repurchase.

I haven't tried the product yet but delivery was awful. On the website it said 2-3 working days. In fact it took 2 weeks! Very disappointing

It took almost 2 weeks to get delivered, and in the email updating me about the delivery, it revealed that their products are from AliExpress... I would stay away

I have been using their lash serum for just a couple weeks, and it is amazing, all of my lashes grew back and now they are longer too! i love their lash serum so much. if you have a chance definitely try it out.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Forchic’s has been unbelievably bad. It took an entire month after my purchase for them to finally reach out, only to tell me I needed to “pass security checks” by providing my shipping address. Let’s be honest: this had nothing to do with security. It was painfully obvious to me that they had simply lost my address and tried to cover it up with a ridiculous excuse.

Even after I provided the information they should have already had, nothing improved. No updates, no shipping confirmation, just more waiting. It has now been over 5 weeks, and I am still waiting for my order with no meaningful communication from them.

I’ve shopped online for years, and I can confidently say this is the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had, which is really saying something.

If you value your time, your patience, or even basic competence from a seller, look elsewhere. My experience with Forchic’s has been nothing but delays, excuses, and a stunning lack of professionalism. I won’t be ordering from them again.

If you want to reduce your hair fall and get those hair growing back in no time, this is the perfect product to use. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT

Honestly impressed. I had an illness a few months back and my hair was thinning bad! After a few weeks of use I have baby hairs about an inch long. Now only a few hairs in my brush!! I'm so less stressed about my hair. Thank you for making this amazing product!

I ordered with the company over a month ago and paid additional for dhl express. Instead i got a tracking number for 17track which has all 1 star reviews and all the reviewers said they never received their package. What should've been through one tracking company that i know and trust was sent through another which has overwhelming fraud accusations. I contacted them via the forchics help email and no response. The website feels like a scam. At this point i am confident i will never receive my package. Safe your money stay away.
