I was disappointed with this product and overall experience
I was disappointed with this product. It made no noticeable difference to my eyelashes or eyebrows, and it left my eyes feeling dry. I diligently used it for 60 days without seeing any improvement in either my lashes or brows. Additionally, the eyebrow tube seemed almost empty from the start, making me question if there was any product in it at all. I definitely won't be purchasing this again and will not be recommending.
Additionally, when I ordered the serums I was not informed about the delayed delivery due to the products being out of stock. I had to follow up myself once I realised the delivery date had passed.
I ordered the products in April and made sure I had the full experience before writing this review.

Purchased the lash and brow serum
Purchased the lash and brow serum. First, they took my money and said it was back ordered. I finally received them but very disappointed. Tubes are half empty and do not last long. Furthermore, did not see any difference or improvements. I’ve used much better serums in the past and will never order again. I am positive they pay people to write positive reviews or most of them are fake. Buyer beware.

so many red flags
I placed an order for four items on 2/27. They sent several emails--confirmation, shipping soon, etc. Then they sent a message that the lash serum was backordered. Any other business would go ahead and ship the in stock items, but they did not (red flag #1). After a month had passed, I reached out and got the same runaround as others here have mentioned --"stuck in transit" (red flag #2)--but they never sent a new shipping confirmation or tracking info (red flag #3), and now they have stopped responding to emails.

I ordered and received expired mascara…
I ordered and received expired mascara three times. The company always sends the typical apology email, offers a gift card to reorder, but never corrects the issue. The end of last year I ordered 3 of the Eyebrow fill pens which are no longer on the website, they too were expired I emailed the company several times on these with no response. I tried one to see that perhaps it was still ok but it was very dry and could not be used.
I finally got them to acknowledge the eyebrow pens with my last expired mascara correspondence but was told it was too long since it was sent, even though they did not handle that at the time I was letting them know.
Beware and always check the expiration dates on what you are sent!
I really like the lash serum it works really well and is always fresh.
It is so unfortunate that the quality control of freshness for other products they offer seems to be unattainable.

£33 for 2 empty tubes
I purchased 2 bottles for £33, after 3 weeks waiting for delivery, I was excited for them to come and start using them. First bottle is empty, I opened the second one - also empty. Despite storing upside down and moving the applicator vigorously in the tube - nothing comes out of either bottle. I have emailed ForChics but have not had a response. I’ve just been reading reviews on Amazon and a lot of customers have said the same thing. I feel like I’ve been scammed. I’m thinking of contacting Trading Standards.

I have been using the eyebrow serum for over a month now and I haven't seen any change in my brows I've read that you have to use it for a year to see results um that's false advertising saying that you see results in 2 weeks I got conned never again

They took my money and never sent the order, they then ignored me
I ordered a lash serum and paid an extra £5 for 2-3 day delivery. It has since been over a week and I have heard no news about my delivery. I emailed the customer service team with a query about this. I even attached a bank statement proving that their company had taken the money out of my bank account for the purchase. I attached my given tracking number (which repeatedly shows up as ‘not real’ or ‘not found’ on the tracker), full name, delivery address, and date of purchase.
I then recieved an email from ForChics asking for all of the information that I had already provided - proving that they did not read my email nor take it seriously. I have asked for a refund twice. I am being ignored.
They have also lied to me by telling me that my order was shipped to Royal Mail and would be here soon. That was also multiple days ago and the tracking number is still apparently invalid and nonexistent.
No I didn’t type the tracking code wrong, I copy and pasted it from my receipt each time.

I ordered the Lash serum on March 3rd, 2024. I have STILL NOT received my order. They have told me twice we will reship my order as it's stuck in transit or did they ever ship it? I told them I want a refund so I can purchase lash serum from a reliable source. How disappointing to have to wait nearly two months only to have to order somewhere else. I understand things go awry sometimes but then do an overnight courier to correct your mistake. Don't bother ordering from them. There are lots of serums on the market.

I ordered some leopard jeans on the 15th of the month, the latest day it should have been dispatched has been and gone and I’ve sent multiple emails asking for an order update and had no reply. I used their tracking page on their website to see where my parcel is, and the tracking portal gave “user error”.

Have been using their mascara and lash serum for awhile. The last mascara I ordered arrived but when I tried to take the mascara brush out of the tube it broke. I contacted them and they said they would send a replacement. That was February 10 and I still haven't received it. Their email says the "order is currently in the final stages of preparation, and they're working around the clock to expedite its shipment." I have emailed three times and get the same response. It's almost a month and I am out the mascara and the money! Not happy at all. I want a refund!!!!!

SCAM COMPANY
Ordered the item on impulse and decided to return it as soon as I received it. Didn’t even open the original mailing package and reached out to request the return. They ask you to ship back with your own label and they even followed up by email asking me to provide them with tracking number listed on the label. After that NOTHING. I tracked It and they received it weeks ago. Didn’t process refund and won’t return 5 emails that I sent. Just took my unopened, unused item and ghosted me. I have receipts of all the proof. Btw this is practically the same brow item as SCOROBROW
