What should have been a 7 day delivery turned into 20 days. Despite repeated direct emails and inquiries, the only customer service feedback that I received was when I tried to rescind the payment. While I eventually received a delivery - it was for only 2 out of the 3 items ordered. The 2 items received were a) different to those ordered; b) dubious authenticity. We received a full refund via PayPal though.
