A non-stereotypical estate agency? No way.
This company own a number of properties let to 'professional' tenants as HMO's. I own a property next to one of these. I expected Edison to maintain their property to a good standard. However, they have allowed a dividing fence at the rear to collapse and despite three neighborly letters to them about their intensions regarding this, they have made no reply. The state of the fence presents health and safety problems. Edison Green pride themselves on being a new 'non-stereotypical estate' agency yet the evidence to date indicates that this is wishful thinking.
02/04/25 Today thisagecy eventually repaired the fence. However, in the next bout of strong winds it will collapse again. This experience is a salutory reminder that well designed web pages with lofty aims displayed must always beset against actual practice. For a new agency which intends to be 'non-stereotypical' compared to other agecies, why does it take several months and 3 unacknowleged letters to fix (temporarily) a boundary fence?
